My family moved here in Oct and moved out in Feb. The day we moved in our dishwasher flooded our unit 3x. Which we NEVER USED. & Right next door we had contractors living in an apartment. Which there was 6 or seven in a two bedroom unit. The day we moved in and continued into that week they left their clothes on all the bushes in the front of our front door. Jenae Stephens did NOTHING when addressed with the matter. Also they would leave their beer bottles on our patio. Again, JENAE STEPHENS did NOTHING. Nor did EBONEE. Once I was awoken by one of the contractors banging his muddy shoes on my porch wall. Almost every night they were on my porch drinking and being completely unruly. Which is what woke me up in my living room. The office did NOTHING. But what took the cake is the neighbors above our head who knowingly came to our door knocking just to tell is about their unruly child and his disturbance. Which we have 3 small kids of our own. The child would run back and forth stomping all day and night. We were unable to ever rest because of it. We reported it to the office Jenae Stephens was so RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL towards use about taking care of the matter and as if it was a problem for her to address our concerns. It got to a point where one night my husband hit the ceiling in hopes that they would stop the child from disturbing us. But instead the parents began running and stomping on the floor right along with the child. Because they were there prior to us moving their Jenae Stephens would be nasty towards us and all of our concerns fell on death ears. Just as they did with EBONEE who was also very rude and disrespectful towards my husband and I. Eventually this family moved to a different unit. Literally a week later we had three kids over our head stomping day in and day out. So at that point we just called the police when they got unbearable. In doing so Jenae sent us a lease violation stating that we are HARASSING them and started to talk to us as if she was a judge and giving an order stating that we were allowed to call the police or we would be evicted. She told us flat out to deal with it or else get out. She later had her minion of a worker, Ebonee speaking to me like she had lost her mind and starting many confrontations with me when I would go into the office. Jenae Stephens would just say that she moved one family for us and now we were complaining about the next. And we are like yeah u moved one child only to move 3 over our head and you are claiming that you were helping. When she offered to let us out of our lease we took that and never looked back. These ladies if that's what u want to call them Jenae Stephens and Ebonee are rude nasty and COMPLETELY unprofessional. Maintenance never fixed anything, the complex is filthy and filled with mid everywhere. The hot water is always off, the gates never work, they don't care about how yu live long as you live there. Ebonee is like Jenae's puppy dog. She will start verbal confrontations with the residents and Jenae will allow her to because she curse at you a d acts the same. It also floods there and there are plenty potholes for u if u enjoy buying new tires constantly. My windshield was cracked due to their contractors on the property. The apartments are mold infested, rat infested, roach infested, bed bugs and they have constant robberies. All u see is Jenae riding back and forth in her white Impala and Ebonee in her white Chrysler. Never helping a soul or working. Smh! They both beside on property so they can harass the tenants. Which is exactly what she did to us. We paid the light bill as well as the rent and still have our receipts for the payments. We moved out Feb 28 and paid the light bill as well as the rent on the 3 of Feb, yet JENAE STEPHENS and EBONEE are still HARASSING us for additional money. We have filed harassment charges against them both due to it. So if you think you can deal with that, then this is all for you! But from my families experiences, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!

LOTS of improvements in the past year. Would recommend to anyone needing a good apartment at a reasonable price in the Webster area.

This is defiantly a diamond in the rough! I moved here back in July. And went through Harvey. I lost everything as I have a down stairs apartment. Jenae the manager was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help with my request as I know I was not alone with the damages. Right before Harvey the complex was apparently already going through renovations. I had to have 4 ft of my walls taken out and carpet pulled up and they replaced it in no time. So it was like I got a whole NEW apartment! The apartments are perfect sizes for the best price. As a single mom I can't pay a arm and a leg for a decent place, especially in CCISD district. And after living here for 5 months I already know this is where we will call home for a long time. I can not wait to see the final renovations! Also if you can't get jenae to help you her assistant Ebone was a sweetheart. These women are defiantly on their A game. I have heard from numerous neighbors that this management is WAAAAAAAY better than the previous management.

I move in 1st Jan 2017 so far soo good every thing is pretty good some of the things need attention but those are street water at car parking when it rains but else everything is good and rent is super cheap.

Speaking with the agent Ebone in the office was a very pleasant experience. She was very knowledgeable.

Do not attempt to rent here! I applied online for an apartment. No one ever attempted to contact me, or give me updates on my application. I was constantly calling them. They lie to people and try to steal their money! One call I made to them, they tell me my renters history just came back, that all I was waiting for was manager approval, that was on a Friday. Monday, they finally call me, to tell me they didn't find any renters history on me, and that I'd have to pay an additional $250, on top of the deposit and first months rent. That $250 was going straight to their pockets, no one charges a fee for not having renters history!
