Carlos is the best technician ever! He came super fast, it took him 30 minutes to find 3 separate issues and to fix them. The community wouldn’t function properly without him!

I submitted a service request because the faucet’s water pressure was too low. Within the hour Carlos showed up and figured it out in a matter of minutes! Thanks so much!

Great place to live. I've been here almost two years and have never had bugs. Neighbors are quiet and when things break, the complex is quick to send someone out. Alfonzo, specifically, went above and beyond and help repair my disposal and fix my AC unit.

I think writing here is the only way.because I don’t get responses to the messages sent through the portal.we moved here and this community has a backyard and that’s the sole reason we chose this even though the rents are higher.
The first thing, the backyard is not flat and my kid had got hurt several occasions. We did a virtual tour and somehow, it was looking flat when we were given the tour.

Also, the recent rains, it has become even steep. Even after several internal mails, the management seemed to be not responding cos, they get their money and tenants safety is not their concern?

When we had the winter storm freezing weather these guys were running all night fixing leaks and working on no heat calls. I was one that was affected by a broken pipe not only one but two different pipes broke in my home and Vincent and Daniel were there helping my family as well as many other family's in the time of need.thank you for all you did guys.

I have been calling to rent and they never followed up. Very bad experience. I was looking to rent a 3 bdrm of the townhomes and they show availability but you can never see the actual home. No picture, no video no anything. I have been patient and requesting since January. I was told that it was completely renovated and the tenants moved in immediately. I find that very hard to believe when the units are still showing as unrented and incomplete. I decided to save myself the trouble and look elsewhere because things seem very sketchy.

Carlos and Jason from the property maintenance team repaired my apartment heating unit within a very short time after I reported the issue. They were great!

Today was one of the coldest days of the year. Their professionalism was very much appreciated and will be positively factored into my decision when lease renewal comes around.

This place is the absolute worst! The staff does not care about the residents. Work orders take forever. Not to mention the guest parking here is awful! People don’t even want to come here because of the parking. They took away pretty much all guest parking. God forbid someone wants to visit after 5pm. I hope anyone that wants to rent here knows that they better not have a guest that frequently comes by. Definitely will not be renewing my lease

Nice, large apartments but very outdated and in need of some work. Parking arrangements need to be made so there is assigned spots. The area is a bit outdated/older as well. Amenities are nice, though. Kristin is a GREAT leasing consultant!

New management is NOT RESPONSIVE. They never answer the phone or get the work orders completed in a timely manner. The apartments are old and the windows need to be replaced. We found mold. Not resigning my lease.

Under new management, Kaitlin was very helpful. Waiting for the transitional period to smoothen out.

Was very displeased to hear Greystar was not going to manage this place anymore. This place has gone down i am embarrassed to tell people i live here. Our lease is up in Apirl of next year: (we will not be renewing. Looks like the Ghetto

The absolute worst apartments to deliver for. Building numbers are always blocked from view by the car covers and there are very scarce visitor parking space. It is a nightmare to find the correct building number here.

The cambond very good place to live in.
The apartment very comfortable and wonderful.
Leasing office very friendly and helpful they doing very good job specially Juliana.

I would like to give 5 stars cause of the leasing office two employees Monique and Ashley they are very friendly and helpful.
I love the beautiful clubhouse, clean and nice gym, sauna, Starbucks coffee, free WiFi.
If we have some issue in our appointment they are fixing quick and fast, it’s almost 3 years I am a resident they are always friendly with me

It feels like waking up in an expensive resort, and you have to be checkout by the morning. The leasing consultant Ashley is the best. It felt like family. Free Starbucks coffee, warm pools (6) of them I might add, clean by the way. Dog pop can be picked up a lil bit more but all in all, im Blessed. My apartment is my expensive hotel everyday Thank you Ashley and Bella Vista. O and God too!

I've lived in crappy apartments before. But I lived here for 2 years with my friends and we've had nothing but a good time. No issues with landlords, no issues with neighbors. Only moved out because we had to. The two times we had an AC issue, it was fixed within 3 hours ON A SUNDAY. Even replaced the faucet that I broke in our shower being a dumbass for free. Genuinely appreciated my time there. Also, the pools and gym are worth the price of admission alone

I lived this property like 4 years ago and since I'm back to DFW area, I'd like to visit the leasing office to lease a sign this complex but after I read all these reviews, I will not consider this property as my next place to live. Most of responses from the management seem like full of excuse.gunshot, shortage of parking space, false fee charge after moving out etc.guess I have to look other properties.

I pay 1900$ a month to live here and let me tell you I cannot wait to leave this place! The apartments are beautiful no doubt but Ive lived here for 3 1/2 months and since day one Ive complained about my noisy neighbor! The only person that has tried to help is Monique, shes the only one that i feel actually cares about the residents! Ive written emails, called the police, called “security “ (he doesnt do anything fyi) and still nothing has been done! Kelly (management) stated months ago if there are reports being made they can do something about it, well ive made reports, complaints, ect and look 3 months later im still being bothered by loud music a bass beating through my apartments! I just cant wait to leave here! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!

The property is under new management who strive to keep the residence happy. I called the manager and she called me back within the same hour and was very informative and helpful. I appreciate the staff working with me in making my transition into the bella vida as pleasant as can be. Lauren and Monique are a delight and a breath of fresh air when it comes to problem solving. Very empathetic. Thank you ladies!
