Berkeley Eye Center, Houston TX

Needed to get new lenses so I made a visit to the Optical Shop. Michelle took excellent care of my needs and was as nice as she could be. I couldn't be happier with Berkeley including my visits with Dr. Garza.

From the initial eye exam to the surgery the entire team at Berkeley were wonderful.

All the staff is amazing. They provide great customer service to everyone that walks in.
The Dr and staff speak Spanish and I will recommend my family and friends that only speak Spanish here to get the best service as I do.

Berkeley was the most affordable of the surrounding Houston lasik providers for me. The surgery was quick and simple. My eye vessels did burst in both eyes so it was pretty scary walking around with red eyes for 2 weeks after surgery. I suppose the clamp to keep my eyes open during the surgery was not fitting for smaller Asian eyes per my surgeon, Dr. Sun.

Dr. Garza is the eye doctor that did all of my follow up visits and he is super nice. The reason for the 3 starts is that there is always a wait despite having an appointment. I rushed off work early just to go sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes one time. The front desk ladies are super nice, especially the one on the lasik side of the office.

Parking is convenient and free.

I have been going to this center for years, have had cataract and Lasik surgery, and have excellent mono-vision. First time in my entire life I can drive without restrictions!

I have never been excited knowing that I'm going to the Doctor. The Doctor's at Berkeley are so helpful, caring and detailed. We were seen by Dr. Doe, Dr Caplan, Dr A, Dr Mitcheletti. I'd go and get some people who need help just so I could come and visit. Thank you GOD for quality physicians

My wife and I have been coming to this location for years, we have all of our needs addressed in a private, prompt manner. From my wife's diabetes special cares to our eye surgeries. First the infamous RK surgery some 20 plus years ago and earlier this year we each had a very successful cataract surgery. Life is good when you see it!

I had a PRK here last September 7th and everything has been great. The service and the staff have all been superb and accommodating. The preparations, procedure and post-procedure are fast and efficient. I am glad I chose this center out of all the others. I highly recommend this place for any eye consultation or procedure. I never had an issue with parking as well (compared to others).

My wife had cataract surgery in July/august 2018. All the staff were highly professional and very helpful for any concerns.

As usual my experience here is always a pleasure I’ve been seeing Dr. Garza for several years now, not just for my annual exams but for other issues with my eyes. He is always so thorough and explains everything that’s going on with my eyes and how to care for them. Leslie in Optical was such a pleasure to work with in finding my perfect pair of glasses!

My cataract surgery resulted in 110% satisfaction, zero need to wear glasses for reading or distance. From implant calculation, surgery check in, friendliness, anaesthesia, nurses, all after care follow up and instruction.were carried out friendly and professionally. Exceptional place with incredible employees! I loved the abundance of employees, their knowledge and responding to my every need. They kept me informed of each step, always with a smile. I felt that I was in good hands, surrounded by very capable people. I highly recommend this surgical center.

Just had another great visit at Berkeley Eye Center. Leslie helped me get the right prescription lenses for my sunglasses, then she adjusted my eyeglasses (they were sliding down my nose too much). Everyone there is kind and they are super efficient.

I had a wonderful experience at Berkeley Eye Center. The front desk, examiner, doctor, and opticians were all friendly! My entire family get their eyes examine here. They have such a large choice in glasses. I know I'll never choose another eye doctor except for Berkeley.

I love the Greenway Plaza Berkeley clinic. All of the employees are very polite, helpful and efficient. I am always seen on time for my appointment time. Check in is smooth.and waiting is 15 min or less. Very nice facility. I wlways recommend Berkley Eye Center to family and friends.
