The staff, nurses and doctors were extremely professional and answered all my questions and concerns. The nurses kept me at ease before and after the surgery as well. Great experience with my lasik surgery and would highly recommend to all!

My husband had surgery and was treated well. Many others were having surgery too. Felt more like a production line. Check up after surgery next morning is going 2 and half hours now. It too feels like a production line. When I have my eyes done, I will look for a more personal touch And timely fashion for my care.

I had a great experience picking out glasses due to Nicole Thomas. She was extremely helpful in picking out glasses. She was able to find the right brands and fit for me. I appreciate an Optician who will give an opinion on how eye wear looks.

Berkeley Eye Center was great! I had Lasik done here and was very happy with the whole process. They offered a great firefighter discount. They explained the whole process in detail and answered all the questions I had about the procedure. On the day of the surgery they made me feel comfortable and assured that the procedure would be quick and painless. I recommend Berkeley Eye Centers to anyone who is wanting to get Lasik or any other eye related care.

Staff was professional. Clinic is clean and orderly. Lots of patient, yet it was well organized. I did not have a long wait. The measurements take about 20 minutes. Alma took care of me, and I was happy with her professionalism. Easy to find, lots of parking. Great experience.

Dr. Caplan did my two children's Lasik surgery and we have all seen Dr. Garza. Everyone we talk to at the eye center are very helpful and friendly. I recommend Berkeley to anyone who wishes to have a great eye appointment experience. They always take time to answer any questions you might have.

I love Berkeley Eye Center. Throughout the years I have seen several doctors, all of whom were great. Recently I had a wonderful experience receiving assistance in selecting frames for new glasses.

Very disappointed. Reception staff were idiots. And don’t have your cellphone on even to tell an appointment that you might be late because Dr. Garza has kept you waiting for an hour because he will walk out of the examination room to teach you a lesson. No cellphones, patients. Dilated my eyes and ruined my day. I walked out.

Berkeley Eye Center on Weslayan was a great experience. All of the staff was very helpful. I was initially concerned that I could not receive Lasik, but the consultant went over and beyond to explain the PRK procedure. When I left, I felt more confident about PRK than Lasik. Dr. Caplan performed my PRK procedure and made it very easy and painless. I highly recommend using Berkeley!

I came to visit the Berkeley on Houston oh at Holland Avenue. And I just have to say. This girls are amazing starting from the employee that took my call, to the receptionist, to the assistant who took my previsión test, an finally to the Doctor. This was my first time to visit Berkeley Eye Center and I could not of asked for a better experience. I called on Monday, went in for a LASIK consultation on Tuesday and had surgery on Friday. The receptionist, Glenda and all of the nurses were amazing to work with. The nurses were by my side through the entire procedure. Dr. McQueen was excellent and explained everything to me prior to him actually doing it in the laser room. They all walked me through the surgery and told me exactly what they were doing, let me hear the sound of the equipment prior to them using it. I have had no issues with my eyes burning, tingling or anything. Very pleased with the overall experience! Definitely recommend especially if you are a teacher. They give a Hero discount which is a huge savings! Thank you Berkeley Eye Center for holding my hand through it all.
