31Went in to ask about a computer. The staff was fast friendly and very patient with my questions.
Shelves becoming more empty every day. Associates, if you can find one, know nothing about products but a shelve or 2, stand around talking to each other more than customers.
The printer scanner we wanted was on display, yet unavailable in store or online. I asked the guy helping us why it didn't say unavailable, or out of stock and he thought I was kidding.
This location is fine, the selection is okay. They can be helpful, if you misplace your receipt or someone "accidentally" throws it away they can find it sometimes in the system. Sean in the television department is very misinformed about manufacturer guidelines for television to wall spacing since he told my husband it was perfectly fine to put the TV in an enclosed space with less than 1/4 inch space between the wall and the television on the sides. This would absolutely interfere with with proper ventilation and the manufacturer strongly disageed with what Sean said. I guess if my televisions keep burning out that is good for Seans sales.
Ordered a micro SD memory card online on the 9th that I couldn't pick up in store until the 13th.
Order washer and dryer from here both came in a day before schedule store pick and store associates loaded it in to my truck very pleased with my visit and online experience

I like this store. Last visit I was looking for a white elephant gift. Kinda seems most things under $50 are things we all already have or specialty stuff that don't really fit the white elephant type of gift. Maybe ditch the car stereo stuff and make room for high tech camping stuff or something. Car stereo stuff kind died out around 2000. I am sure there is a market for it still but is it really worth having in your store? People seem to be getting into the whole overland stuff. There is some nice high tech accessories for that maybe? Maybe just put more cell phones or drones.
The guys at best buy took a quick look at a second hand computer for me last week, before I purchased it.
I felt a lot better about buying it after they gave me a thumbs up.

Got a Vizio TV from here and the guy who helped us was very knowledgeable about the differences of the P-series vs the E-series. We got the E-series and its it's been a great experience so far, great picture details, good for gaming and movies.
Employees spend more time talking to each other and when you finally get help, they're extremely uneducated.
First Employee did not know anything about printers. Kept yawning and overall acted to tired to be at work. He tried to get someone else for us but that person was busy. Finally another employee helped us.
Great service and not so pushy staff, even helped me in the back while they were having their employees cookout
My phone I bought doesn't work here and they didn't tell me until my daughter confronted them about it. No return no cashback.
My son bought a monitor from Best Buy with a warranty he was told would cover his monitor if broken. He accidentally cracked his screen and called and set up an appt and was told he could bring it in and get it replaced then he did and they would not fix it. Basically they lied to us to get us to spend more money on a warranty that does not cover anything. Rip off SCAM! We will never buy from Best Buy again.

So worth buying service conr re a CD rs on karge ticket items. Its hard to get help, but when you do, they are very helpful
