Best Buy, Conroe TX

I wanted to get a new phone but told me I would have to get a new number with the same carrier virgin mobile to get the 149$ price but had to pay 220$

Marc and his crew at Best Buy are the friendliest of all the Best Buy’s I’ve visited! We came in to exchange an open item for a new one and Marc made it happen smoothly and painlessly. Love it!

I need to return my charger for my phone. The lady at customers services was great. Looked up my Best Buy card and exchange it.

I got in and out quickly with what I needed. There are way too many fat people that work there though! They can't walk down an aidle without getting winded.

Staff is courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. They go out of their way to provide one the best shopping experience. And let's not forget the various no interest charges for big ticket items. Definitely recommend to friends, family and all others.

Best Buy electric store is the best store in the world keep up the good work. Geek Squad protection plan is worth buying, so don't forget to buy it.

I love best buy but I have to say it's getting harder and harder to find someone to help when I need it.

Terrible staff! I was completely ignored my entire trip. When it came time to check out the cashiers we to busy talking about which employees was sleeping with which manager to even notice the line that had started however when I said something about it I was the rude one. I will not be returning to this location in the foreseeable future!

Everytime I've been here, employees have been helpful and finding what I need's been easy. Can't ask for much more.

Selection is so reduced and staff acts like they work on commission only. No longer the go to for appliances.
