Just picked up and no problems, browsing and got asked if I needed help a half dozen times and were all polite and nice. Clean and safe

The two Michaels at the auto department helped a lot, they're very professional and skilled. Michael took his time to explain the features of my new installed compustar remote starter to me, I love the fact that no additional charges was added to install the compustar. Will surely recommend this location to friends and loved ones.

I was in the store for 15 minutes before I found someone to help me. After speaking with the young lady, the only thing she could help me with is looking up the product. She could not help me with any other questions, because she works in the TV department. I left without getting any further assistance.

I came to best buy looking for a new tv. Jesse, came over & asked if i needed help immediately. He was very knowledgable on the products i asked about. Showed me several options & never once tried to push me over the budget he asked me i was looking for nor try to get me with add ons or extras or even a couple hundred more to get me right at my budget. I am in sales myself & i hate that about somesalesman. The fact that he never once tried to push me into more made the experience of shopping there a pleasant one. I will return to buy from him again as long as he works there. Thank you Jesse!

I did curbside pickup. Bought a small Freezer. They employee was prompt & very helpful putting it in my car. Wonderful customer service.

I bought a computer at this store and audio stopped working on it 3 months in, could not return due to return period being expired and now I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks to “maybe” have a working computer, although those 2 things are inconvenient they are not the reason for the bad review, the reason is that when I asked the person across the counter what was I supposed to do for my work in the 4 to 6 weeks without a computer, she just said “you can buy another computer (with a snarky accent) ” Really! I would have been satisfied with her saying that she could not help with that, but not only they do not provide any help even though I paid for the “geek” squad protection, they also make such a comment, like I had $$$ just laying around in case my NEW! HP computer craps out.

Really nice store. Found everything I needed. I came with my mom and she got great customer service, and they went to the back to get her what she needed. I would definitely come here again!

Absolutely trash service, ran like a circus. The phone was never available through out four days, was on hold 10 or 15 mins every time. In store is not busy, but workers are lazy and un helpful.

It’s is a Best Buy. Nothing great, provides the usual. If I can wait a day usually go to Amazon. Price match with Amazon is iffy at best.

Came here to order Viking kitchen equipment. OMAR provided the absolute best service I've experienced at Best Buy, and one of the best service I've experienced in business. 100% he's the guy to talk to when doing business here. Paul is great too.

It was good other than the sales person trying to charge me 200 dollars to take away the S mode on my computer ended up buying the computer a week later and my husband was able to remove it for free without paying 200 dollars for Best Buy to do it wasn’t even a hassle after googling it a little more

Unless you order online and choose pickup I would never buy anything from Best Buy. It’s impossible to get help in stores now. Today was in cameras, I knew what I wanted. The guy at the front door on his cell phone told me to go to cell phones to get help.for a DSLR. I knew what I wanted, just needed somebody to unlock it. Ended up leaving empty handed. Really is wild that there are so few employees working, there’s really no benefit to buying anything from Best Buy over Amazon unfortunately.

I love best buy in general because its so lovely having help come at you from all directions when you’re genuinely confused. Honestly though, I felt like I always had a place to go if I needed help or knew where to go if I wanted to just check things out. I’ve always loved this best buy, and most best buys. I broke my computer and they helped me determine what is best for me to do.

My goodness I have not been to bedtime buy in years. It was past time I would suppose because my son forced me inside the store. My son made a new purchase a new Alienware laptop which he loves. Best Buy never fails to come through with quality products. I would need to get another job to afford more items from their store.

I went for help from Geek Squad. I needed a price quote for my scratched cellphone screen so I can pass it to my insurance company. They did not help at all. Although their policies may be understandable, I am still thinking this could not be called a good customer service.
