36 Staff was helpful and answered all my questions. The store had what I needed, but not necessarily what I wanted. Overall a good experience. Glad that they're still enforcing the mask rule.
Now I can game elite even if I was just trying to be average. Hope I don't accidently record myself getting shot with the placement of the record button.
Customer service was awesome and I was able to purchase my new laptop with little to no problem.
The young unprofessional woman (Yanet) at the counter is ridiculous. I went in the store to return a $19 item. The person was very nasty when I asked for a Manager. She told me there she is and you can go over there. I tried as nicely as I knew how to point out that they have headsets, and asked her to call her. She told me no you can walk over there. The person that she was pointing out was at the front door. I didn’t want to have a discussion with a Manager in the way of front door traffic during COVID. When I said no you call her. She walked away without calling and went to another register. I can’t believe that someone working in customer service would be so unreasonable. I have never had issues at Best Buy. This person definitely has a bad attitude. And just cost them a long time customer.
Trying to call the store and speak to a person. 3 minutes of ringing. Someone answers, then answers my question without actually telling me that she is not in the store I called. My question actually needs to be answered by a person in the physical store. I wanted to know if the Xbox controller I turned in for warranty 3 days ago was still in the store because I left my rechargeable battery in it. She says "no I am sorry it is gone". How do you know you didn't look.
I love this Best Buy because it’s easy the find the products that you may need for any situation I also love how nice and helpful they are went your looking for something I love how big the store is and if you get thirsty they got the drinks and snacks but now that you can’t go inside they are doing pick ups only because of the coronavirus
Quite busy even during pandemic protocols, I saw some nice things I'd love to have, and the prices more reasonable than I had expected
Went to pickup a new CyberPower PC and was helped by Simeon who was very helpful with my questions and was very patient when seperating purchases from my monitor and pc
It was pretty amazing out fast I and my daughter checked-in and checked out, so satisfied with the desktop we got in like 15 minutes
Worst location I have gone to tried to buy a reciever the sugar land location told me it was on sale west oaks told me it wasn't had to go back to sugar land location to buy it and drove back to west oaks for store pick up. West oaks needs to get their customer service together I won't be back there!
Most employees are not well trained. Pooe return policy. I would prevent shopping there all the time.
Just walked out after standing around 15 minutes for help. Employees on phones chatting with each other's. Employees seem to try and avoid customers. Headed to Fry Electronics, maybe they want my money!

Best buy does not have enough staff during the week. My last visit the manager was more interested in female peer than making a sale. When they saw me looking at them he finally told her to assist me and he sheepishly walked away. Wow! Is all I have to say!
Great staff. Cleaned my computer right away. Not sure what changes they are making to the store, but not sure I like the layout
Very friendly staff and also very helpful. All of the merchandise is where its supposed too which makes it really easy to find what i need every time i go.
I do a lot of online shopping. I went in to Best Buy and bought my son's gift. Thanks to the help I received, I was able to touch and look at the item that I wanted to purchase and get a human being to interact with. I appreciate the time that was provided to me. Thanks, John!
Very helpful and friendly associates. Came in for a smart watch that showed only one available. They looked everywhere until they found it for me. Will be my store to go to in the future.
The place is pricey. The geek squad is a joke and just a way for best buy to take advantage of the customers that don't know better.
