36 They were running a promotion on mobile phone worth $25 and without any written notice or disclaimer they refused to sell me two phones.
It took me 20 minutes to get hold on a phone becauae staff clearly was not well aware about the running promotions.
It's a great place to visit and to buy any electronics such as computers and tablets cellphones etc.
It's Best Buy. Passable selection of electronics. Some pretty pushy sales staff that seem to hate their job.
Average experience. The workers weren't to quick to help, but then again it was around Black Friday.
Employee’s don't even bother to look for a product that your asking for they just look on their phones and say we don't have it, a very common cable that I was needing then they worry why their business is going down I was will to drive to get what I need but used amazon to get just what I needed
No wonder they are going out of business. I was in the TV area for 35 minutes, at least 10 employees passed me, 4 or 5 employees were at the desk telling stories and laughing, having a good time. It wasn't til i was walking out that an employee sitting in a recliner yelled across two aisles if i needed any thing, told him i didnt want to bother his break time. So online i will go to buy the same TV they could have sold me.
I find Best Buy a great store to find things I want and explore new products. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I research before I purchase. If I mess up, they have a great return policy.
Stopped in to get one thing and I am stopped repeatedly by people asking me who my cable provider is (I don't really have a great choice there XFinity) or asking me to switch electricity providers. This may not bother some people but the hassle makes little sense to me on Best Buy' s part. Why complicate a customer's experience when competing with the likes of Amazon? Real life pop-up ads were annoying.
Went to make a purchase did make a knowledgeable choice with the sales persons help im a renewed fan.
Best buy really means best buy. I've been getting all my appliances and electronics here. Best price and service.
This is a great Best Buy when it comes to appliances. They have an awesome selection. The appliance employees were very helpful.
I hope Best Buy can make this store model work for years to come. I’m part of the problem. I buy many things online that I used to buy at the store. But, I have always enjoyed shopping at Best Buy, and I plan to continue whenever it’s financially responsible to do so.
I took a while for me to find someone to help me and they usually have someone asking if they can help you at the entrance. I guess they where low on employees. For the rest of my visit it was nice and worth my visit.
Visited Geek Squad to pick up my laptop. Even though I had a reservation it took over an hour before I was attended. Understaffed?
Always has items in stock. There are plenty of workers around to help. They are electronically educated and know what they are talking about. They have the s9 out to show and I love that because it gives me the option to look at the specks that are available. Always has what I need and I really like the layout of the store. Items are always on their shelves and it is always clean. Very cool technology and always updated and latest on the market available. I love this store.
Every time I come to Bestbuy, the staff always answers all of my questions quickly, and direct me to where I can find what I am looking for. Ever since they started matching online prices, I come here for pretty much everything that has to do with Electronics, entertainment, or appliances. Happy customer for over 10 years.
This Best Buy is top notch. I have been going here for years and see the same employees every time I go. Employee retention says a lot for a company. The employees are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, happy, friendly, and helpful. Employees treat customers like family.
