3 stars they usually have what I'm looking for they don't really have sales on tvs like other places do knowing that new models are coming out there video game selection for Xbox and ps4 are just one area and maybe 4-5 3 row shelves and in any best buy they only advertise clearance products on appliances and some movies only time they do is on black Friday.

Added a screen protector to my new galaxy s9 but the otterbox doesnt fit the phone with a screen protector. Now theres bubbles at the bottom. Employees arent well informed about the products they sell it seems

They exchanged me a TV even though I told them that it was my fault why something was loose inside of it.
Manager was really nice

I was looking for a subwoofer for my theater system on line the store was showing several in stock of the one that I was looking for but I get to the store and they have it for$100.00 more than what it was on line I show it on my phone to one of the sales guy but he said that he didn't know why they had it on line for a different prices and that he couldn't do anything about it.

Great service and friendly staff. Store is well maintained and everything is sorted nicely. Probably one of the better Best Buys in the area.

Three stars one for the parking. One for the extra security. And one for the climate control nice and cool. -1 star customer service. And-1 star for product availability I couldn't find what I was looking for. If you like to go and find things for yourself and not have anybody get in your way is the right place for you.

I probably would have gave them a 5 except that it takes quite a bit of time to get customer support to help you out the Geek Squad well they're knowledgeable but they tend to be not very customer-friendly they don't know how to explain things on a layman's term I should say and I would also say that their prices aren't the best but all in all a decent place

Used geek squad to get my PC fixed. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and they make sure you understand the problem so they can help properly take care of it. I was very satisfied with the services they performed for me, and my PC has been running great.

We visited Best Buy last week, and they were so nice with us they were with us during our whole purchase they showed us good stuff that will last and at a good price. After our purchase was done they generously offer to help us get our item that we bought into the car. I totally recommend this store I totally give it a 5/5.

Went one night and the manager was too lazy to come and issue an override for a price match. He told the other employees he wasn't coming up to the front because he just didn't feel like it, we waited in line for someone to come and do it and the employee finally just did it himeself what a jack@$$. This store has some good times but when they mess up it's usually for dumb reasons. Work on your service or hire another manager that isn't lazy
