They were fast and very helpful as soon as I walked I. I went in for an alignment, they said it would take hours but it took them just one hour and called me when my vehicle was ready.

Untrustworthy Service.
Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I marked the front driver's tire using a pen so I could verify the tire service was done (I marked it "FD" for front driver's.) I stressed that I wanted the tires rotated and was assured it would be done as part of the oil change service, alone with a "multi-point inspection".
When I arrived to pick my car up it was parked out in front of the building so I walked over and checked the tires. The mark I'd made on the front driver's tire was there on the tire indicating they in-fact had not done the work.
I walked in and was greeted by one of the service technicians, who I told I was here to get my car. I mentioned to him that I noticed the tire rotation had not been done and his response was "oh, it was done for sure, I saw the technician doing it myself. " I responded that I marked the front tire before I left it and could clearly see that it's still in the same position. Again, he assured me that the work was done and I pressed back again saying they must not have done the rotation seeing that my mark was in the same place.
He said, I'll get them to put them to switch them back then, basically insisting they did the work and I wasn't telling the truth.
Ultimately they took the car back into the garage for about 20 minutes then brought it back saying they'd done the work. I paid the bill - MY MISTAKE - because when I got back to my car the tire I'd marked in the beginning was still in the same position.
I walked back into the store and had a service technician come out to the car and showed him the marked tire, and explained what happened - he walked back into the garage and got the technician who had worked on my car who then said they had done the work twice and that was why the tire was back in that position.
At this point I was steaming and got the managers business card. We'll see how he responds but at this point I'm doubtful I'll ever consider coming back to this place again!
This place is a scam. They "worked" on my car for over 8 hours. Every step of the way they lied to me and then comped me something that was more of a scam. At the end, after literally 8 hours of work on my tires, they found out one of my tires had a screw in it. Somehow this screw evaded detection during the full car inspection, when changing my other tire, when rotating my tires, and during an alignment. They didn't do any of this work, and I caught them lying every step of the way. Caught them lying about rotating my tires because I marked all of them. They did nothing to fix this. Do not recommend using them.
Unfortunately made us wait over an hour to tell us they wouldn't professionaly plug our brand new tire on our Jeep too close to the side.that was understandable but not the wait. Also, I spoke to a young man who was there to get his oil change and they wouldn't do it because something about he drove there with hardly any oil in it. Uh, y'all can't help him out so his engine won't cease? The point of him being there, right? Could have at least given him a recommendation of a trustworthy place to get help. God forbid his vehicle cease up on the highway causing him or others to wreck. Where is the compassion and social responsibility?
No one is wearing a mask there. There aren’t even partitions to separate the employees faces from the customers. Mind you, they get in and out of everyone’s car. So if you go, take some Lysol wipes and make sure you wipe your vehicle down after. (The service was fine. But I care way more about the safety of myself and my family than I do a bleeping car.)

Did a walk in for an alignment. Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable. Ian did the work and was quick and efficient. VERY happy with the work done.
