23The guys over there were super cool very knowledgeable and informative as I would expect them to be and I got serviced. Service advisor Stephen helped me out. Everything is riding great.
Previously NTB use to be great. Since the change this location has lost 2 of my center caps, over extended my brake lines, forgotten to tighten lugs and today I have been here for over 2 hours for a tire repair. My vehicle has been in the bay for over a hour. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from big o tire in the forum. Update: spoke with the manager requesting contact information for the district manager and was told he would call me tomorrow during normal business hours.
I had a bad experience because of an oil change that I had already paid for, I waited 10 minutes in the office to be attended afterwards, a guy comes in to tell me that they are full that only by appointment for tomorrow they had only 3 cars, it is ridiculous very bad service I do not recommend it
