This place has a very clean facility and a friendly staff. The reason I am giving them 1 star is because their customer service is just bad. They do not have respect for your time.

I’ve gone to this location twice and been deferred both times. Once for a tattoo that was several months old and well past the required time for a blood donation, and today because they “weren’t confident they could find a vein” on one arm, while the other was completely fine.
I did platelets donation twice a month for nearly three years with STBT and they NEVER had a problem finding a vein.
So after two completely unnecessary deferrals, I will be externally unlikely to return.
You need to work on your screening process.
