I've been donating at the Little York location for some time now nd I highly recommend that Lesley gets a raise. He's the best employee I've seen working there since I've been donating here. He's very professional welcoming nd friendly

I really do enjoy this location. The staff is super cool. I had a problem getting my referral cash and the manager personally took the time to fix it on more than 1 occasions. I highly recommend this location

Donate twice a week

Easy process have an id ss card and proof of address. Initial time period first go round expect to stay 3 or 4 hours. They gotta process you in afterwards in and out next donations. $100 first 10 donation. I brought cousin here and got an extra $150 after he donated twice. Biomat on Little York does a great job getting you in and out for your donation. I recommend this center to anyone interested in donating plasma.

Staff was friendly. Place was clean but cold lol. I'm afraid of needles but they made it sooo easy and comfortable. Everyone was so homely.felt like i already knew them. Will be back!

Great place to donate friendly staff been donating for years and have never had problems. Patient and professional any concerns that need to be fixed Mrs J and Mr Nick always have your back. Ask about the raffles and scratch offs. There’s always drawings and I see the give always. Real people win. If u can drive to any Grifols make it to 45@ lil York location

RUDE RUDE RUDE! My husband and I usually donate blood. With the pandemic and all we wanted to try and donate plasma for the first time. Our mistake was picking this place to do it at. I have never been treated so rudely. We were literally getting yelled at by 3 different staff members as we walked through the door. The staff there clearly has NO bedside manners. They talk to you like you are bothering them and herd you around like cattle. Not to mention the place was filthy. Now we did forget to bring our social security cards so that was on us but no one deserves to be treated that way. We ended up not donating there and I would not go back or recommend this place to anyone. We are still going to donate but we will find a better cleaner facility where they know how to treat people.

Charley is the worst representative. I went to donate because of this pandemic and she was extremely rude and dismissive of my questions. She threw the forms I was suppose to fill out at me and walked away poppin her gum saying “Mexicans” I ask to speak to a manager but nobody ever came to assist. I left shortly after never would I return.

Yesterday was my first time ever donating, although the reviews weren’t all that good I still went & it wasn’t how I thought it would b. The woman/men were actually nice & treat you well. There’s a few bad seeds but overall I’d go again!

I am a donor at Biomat USA Little York. I continue to come because of the clean facility and friendly staff.

They were super helpful, patient and friendly. Made the process easier because I was nervous about it.

Today was my birthday I arrived at 7am asked to use my VIP card because I had things to do the lady was very rude so I said never mind I'll wait didn't leave till 10 and didn't even donated wasted time and money coming here on my birthday I will not be back

I’m sorry place very slow, not a big facility the employees laughing joking and at times barely seen at the counter, 25 or 40 for 5 or 6 hrs it’s ridiculous. Sometimes this place stink from the people they allow in the room. As a manager what are u doing to help your place become better! This place is a damn shame I hate coming here

Yea the Plasma Center on W. Little York is a good place i just started going and i like it, but be sure when you go take a jacket to wear inside.

I don’t donate as much as I used to but it has improved a lot since my review from a few years ago. Kiosks so the sign in is quicker, they try to keep your paperwork up to date so you are aware of your next physical, better promos etc. Majority of the men and women there now range from polite to extremely nice so that is another huge improvement. The wait time can still SUCK at times so that’s why I only gave 4 stars.

Employees are in such a hurry to get rid of people to go have lunch or break. It's sad the lack of professionalism in this location. I would recommend you to go anywhere else before you waste your time here.

Besides the wait staff is trained excellently and always execute procedure efficiently and safely. Come prepared with a jacket and some entertainment. Dont forget hydration.

It's cool up there it's just that the wait is bad other then that I get the job done and I'm gone

It seems the company doesn't care about its customer's. They always have rude employee's at the front desk, i understand the environment but is it to much to ask for some professionalism? I have been coming on and off for 2 years and the front desk associates are incredibly unprofessional.
