I came here 3x and all 3x i was there the staff in main donation room were very unprofessional! Employees using curse words loud and having non work related conversations! They rush to stick you and get you out! I will never return!

Not all ppl are bad.meaning the workers. Most of them are nice. Process goes by pretty quickly if u go early enough. I recommend the place to anyone if u need a lit $.

I don't know what's with the negative remarks. In order to get in and out of this place, it's better to get here very early (just before the doors open) or get there late (just before they are closing). In this way there is little wait time.

Typical environment for a quick cash joint. Receptionist at front desk was rude AF. After a 4 hour wait i left, and without any money. Will I be Back? Ha doubt it. And only added the second star for clean waiting room and a few nice staffers.

Very nice employees here & actually really organized also. I went for the 1st time this week & was expecting a bad experience because of the reviews and all. The wait is very bad (got there & signed in at 8: 30am & left at exactly 2pm but that was expected.

I had a problem with an employee who very unprofessional. When I reported her to the supervisor it was addressed. Not just told that. I would recommend this place, NOW!

Horrible, they tell u to come early but u won't leave until it close. People that work there are rachet as heck. Lobby is full of addicts and thug wanna b's playing music loudly, and to top it off. It's always full of new people who some how miss the reviews. SMFH hate biomaterials location.they all need to be shut down. Management takes everything as a joke and allows the workers to be rude and disrepectful to he patients. STAY AWAY
