Good place to go donate! Nice staff, clean and well sterilized. Average time around an hour and twenty
Minutes. I manage to schedule my appointment when there not too busy. In and out completely professional!

Im very sensitive so mgmt and the staff went out of their way to accommodate ME! Communication & PATIENCE is KEY

They tripping. 32 for return donors for 1st donation. Nope. A yall try octapharm. Its 100.100.50.50.75. For ur 1st 5 donations. After that its 40 then 75 for the week. Seeyah

Very disrespectful rushing you when you try and take your time on reading the stuff will never go here again bpl is better then this place wouldn’t recommend this if you trying to get extra money go to bpl on Aldine mail route

Not too bad. Clean, easy to find. If you have a small bladder, avoid this place. If they take long, they still won't let you go to the restroom until they decide to stick you. I waited 40 minutes on the bed, donated in the same amount of time, and had to pee the whole time. I was told that "You can't go back out. " I hope the lady has that same issue one day.

Best place i every been not all staff is friendly but majority is i love it and will always be the best i experience, my best choice nothing like the one on little york

Did not know they turn down walk ins.first time donor. Seems the processing woman did not seem to want to take walk ins.and wanted to just avoid walk ings 2hrs prior to closing today on a sunday. Makes a person wanting to make a difference.not even donating. Bad first time donor experience here due to there staff.

They had me come in and give them all my information. Then wait for almost an hour to tell me they didn't have any time for me. To come back another time.

All the workers are friendly, they do there work accordingly. Each time I would get my finger poked to get my iron n protein checked they're gentle. This is by far the best center I been too, the 43rd m Ella location

The best plasma center I been too the staff is very professional from the very first day I walk in there.if u want to give plasma or uyou might be even scared of needles but need help this is the place people are courageous and the work is simple as that thank you Biomat for everything!

DO NOT GO Hard to donate when they won't take obviously legitimate proof of address. The workers there are ghetto trash with frog brains. So many better places to donate. AVOID at all cost. CSL plasma A1 no issues at all. CSL plasma has better benefits and competent staff

I have been coming here 2 years. Is getting worse in professional behavior and quality in care. People working here, even the so called experienced personal miss your veins frequently. Turn over in personnel is high. Suggestion is find a location other than this one. Its your body, be sure you get a quality plasma center, this is not it.

Me and my husband have been donating at grifols biomat on 43rd for about 2yrs. The staff are very professional and helpful and the facility is always thoroughly clean. The process is a quick one and management is always around assuring safety and procedure

Other than the occasional hiccups with the kiosk systems, I'm very satisfied and made this my only location.

Clean facility and attentive employees that do their jobs well!)

Too much to list but front desk staff needs retraining especially in customer service, greeting and smiling making clients feel welcome and appreciated

Workers move fast first time donor didn't take no time donating. They make you feel comfortable. Wayyy faster then little york on 45

Workers nice they show donors appreciation process is really fast better then the one on little York and 45

Horrible management I wouldn't waste my time with this location. One star is by default if I could I'll give this place no stars!

The staff is very rude and I was deferred for 2 months because one of the employees lied and said I was asleep where I wasn't. I found a better place to donate at call CSL Plasma the employees there are very nice and very helpful my new place to go
