My name is Rev. Duncan. I'm a licensed and ordained minister in the untraditional sense. I just started donating here about a month ago and I want to say the experience is awesome the management and the staff are great, plus the money that you get for the donation is also very interesting. It's pretty good, I lost my job and needed a way to make some honest money for gas and keep my cell phone on until I was able to find another job and get back on my feet. This was a great place to do that as well as donating for a good cause so it kind of kills two birds with one stone so to speak, I'm grateful, may God bless you guys at this particular Center.

I am happy with the staff they're really try their best. Cheyenne is the sweetest most helpful employee In the back. Always making sure that I am comfortable. Oh & not to forget ms.julie!

Worst place to go and donate plasma they always trying to find a excuse to denied service. No wonder the place is running out of donors. I stopped going a while back and now i went back but still the same

Made a long drive to get here and was told on the phone that as ling as I was here before 6 they could take me and do the physical they have to do for new donors. 30 minutes later when I arrived I was told they cant take any new donors today. When I brought it up with management they didn't really care that I wasted gas and time. I would find somewhere else to go.

I started coming here to donate and it was a little different at first because I didn't know what to expect. They key is to listen to the employees when the explain the process and be patient. I would like to thank Estefano and Julie for their hard work and patience with me. As I'm now comfortable with the process.

Grifols on 43rd and Ella has the BEST STAFF EVER! From management on down. I have been donating here for four years now and there has always been a great set of employee's. The phlebotomist at the back are all great but there are three that go above and beyond you know they love their job; Tepha, Leslie, and Julie you guys are the bomb and I appreciate y'all putting up with me and my request. And as far as the rest of the crew Linda, Ashley, Kesnick, Keisha, Marciela, Naja, Cheyenne, Taylor, Alvine, "Strawberry", Ceaser, Ms. Tamara, Monique, and Wenda you guys are all amazing and im so happy you are all part of the team. AND OF COURSE MY VIVICA, Kalli and Terika i love you guys so much you are the BOMB
