The best run and most efficient facility by far in my twenty years or so of donating my plasma for a very good cause! This place runs like a very well oiled machine and has done so in the twelve years or so of me donating there!

They are more than likely the best place to donate. The staff here is professional care about the donors concerns. BUT sometimes they act like they don't care.

The staff is so friendly and answers your questions right away! They are also keeping up with the cleanliness in here! My favorite staff member is Ashley, always there to welcome you with a warm smile and if you fear needles she's the one to go to! You won't feel a thing!

Clean enough, nice people, the stick wasn’t bad. New donor fees are decent. All in all, would recommend and will return.

I love coming here! First plasma place I went to and haven’t went anywhere else since. They have great bonuses and Staff is amazing especially Ashley she always gives great service (handles with care).

Incompetence is very present at this location. I recommend to go somewhere else where the staff knows what they are doing. They messed up on my wife, cant donate for 56 days. Messed up on me the first time (line was kinked in machine) did not stick me correctly today. Now I cant donate for 56 days. Me and my wife where donors for well over a year. Now we are losing 800 per month plus life threatening damage to our health due to incompetence. Go some where else!

Bad services, 2nd time they hurt my arm so bad, They we're just poking my arm untill they could find my vein. I don't recommend it to anyone else

Leticia is the absolute best thing around there. She's friendly and approachable. She always gives me my stats without me having to ask. She makes me feel very comfortable and like my donation matters. She's the reason I return as much as I can. 5 star employee you have there.

I would give no stars if I could because when does a donor center take 5 hours to get you in and out on a not busy day

Ok so I was a transfer from Houston and man does this place have their stuff together. The location in Houston takes 4 and half hrs start to finish as a new donor. I was a new donor today and was only there 2 hrs and 20 min start to finish! DO NOT go to another plasma company or location! The nurses are so sweet and very quick and helpful. Facility is extremely clean as well. I'll be donating like clockwork now that I found a good location. Thanks Biomat for a great experience!

I been going to grifols for about 2 years now. They have a guy name "kris" im guessing he's new here (ive never seen him before) but he's a perfect Example for every their to follow. It seems that he actually love his job. It came to check on me multiple times and even had a couple jokes to crack. Biomat if your reading this dude deserves a raise! And he was great with the "sticking of the needle" great job kris.

It’s a plasma donation center so you should always expect long wait times especially on your first visit. I’ve found if you go there in the middle of the day there’s barely any wait. Staff are friendly and it’s a good way to make some extra money. You get a bonus on your 5th, 6th and 7th visit of the month and the $25 doubles the second time you visit it in a week so take advantage of that.

Good facility, always quick (for a donation center) and clean.

Fabia Is one of the best staff members in the back. She works quickly but patiently and always gets a good stick on the first try.

If I stop by between classes at non-peak hours I can get in and out in an hour and a half, sometimes less.

DONT GO HERE. THIS DIRTY NASTY HOODRAT FILLED ESTABLISHMENT CANT EVEN DO THIER JOB. I had to explain to 4 different people the needle hurt and needed to be done stain but nobody listened and kept telling me that's how it goes clearly from my bruised arm from front to back ITS NOT *BRI* is useless and lost a customer

A decent place but kind of un cleaned and un organized the people here are somewhat nice but have really impatient attitudes the rest rooms arent to nice either! This place is need of some major changes in management.

They make you wait or come back the next day and tell you oh you can't donate. One girl be hind the desk clearly doesn't have customer service. She is very rude.

Fabi is the best! Very attentive and caring and an all around genuine person. I ask for her everytime!

Great place to get fast money. No lie I'm super nervous Everytime I step a foot in the door. But I'm ok when it's all over. Just make sure you eat good before going in. And water is a major plus
