It does not make any sense to make an appointment when you still have to wait hours before being seen ugggghhhh

I’ve been to three different centers total from Lubbock, Denton and Arlington and this is undoubtedly the worst. Giving credit where it’s due, they are great at getting donors from check-in to the actual donation center. This process takes maybe 5-20 minutes depending on availability. But from the donor center and out is where the process takes a sour turn. For what it’s worth, the actual donation process was faster than the other two centers. But as echoed in other user reviews, they demonstrate little-to-no care for donor’s time and often demonstrate a lack of organizational skills in getting donors started/finished. I’ve even been chastised for showing interest in receiving attention after waiting to no avail. Compensation will compel me to return, but it gives me no reason to speak highly of this location. There is an OCTAPHARM center very nearby that I would recommend to new donors who have not already started the process at Biomat.

I started donating back in 2015, I liked the atmosphere. The staff was friendly. I just came back a month ago & every time I donate it’s a problem. The majority of the staff is friendly but the few that have constant attitudes & no respect for people’s time makes the center look bad. I guess they forget that their line of work is customer service. On last week I practically had a lady yell @ me because I said the cuff was too tight. & nothing was done about her. So when I come in to donate I get dirty looks from her & that makes me very uncomfortable. I’m thinking about changing centers.

This place is horrible I've been here over 6 hours and am still not in the back they forgot about me for a while I have seen people come in and go out this is so messed up I would leave but I need the money desperately
