Pros:

Clean environment

Car wash machinery is really good. Fast, and as about as good as you'd expect Any auto wash. Too fast really, I enjoy being in auto washes.
Vacuums had Suc-tiooon. And free.
Under 15 bucks

Cons:
No free coffee.

I go to this place to wash my car but more importantly you can spend any length of time vacuuming the interior for free
! Imagine not having to feed the machine every few minutes, priceless! It is a wonderful establishment with very courteous staff, very refreshing.

Love it here.
The only thing is; waiting on people because they're on their cellphone texting or detailing their vehicle's.
They NEED to have 15min use time (vacuum).

Good wash but always a broken vaccum hose. The top of the vaccum always comes off. Cheap or old.

Didn't even clean the bugs off of the front of my car. Left suds all over. Tires were barely cleaned.

Lots of soap left on car mentioned it to guy in office he offered me a towel, soap had already dried on hood of car, bugs still on mirrors and grill. Bought $1.50 bottle of water to rinse soap off, clean bugs juice off mirrors and clean grill. Also the towels do not come with the unlimited membership. Giving 2 stars as the vacuum was great. Will be trying another car wash.

I went through the wash in my Jeep and when I came out and there were so many areas that the brushes missed and my vehicle was half clean. I received a reply from their customer service so I emailed them about my experience. Their response was "We apologize that our car wash was not up to par. If you have a receipt of this wash, please feel free to visit our location and let them know about this situation. We would be more than happy to issue you a free rewash. " Why would I keep a receipt from a car wash over a week? Adjusted to 1 star because the customer service is also "not up to par".

Good people, clean facility, free vacuum, competitive prices and overall user experience is smooth. Highly recommend.

There is no negative rating else I would have given that. I went for car wash and car's windshield wiper was broken after the cleaning. After mentioning this to their manager they didn't took any responsibility and told us that they don't know what happened. Well a employee sends a car in and checks everything is all right before washing and after that if this happening in machinery whose fault is this. Should they not tape windshield wiper if there is doubt.

The guy who assist you to keep your vehicle in washing lane gave us no instructions like close your side mirrors etc. If you don't know about these things the car condition could be worse after cleaning like broken side mirror. If you love your car this is not a place for washing.

Very upset about this! Deserves no stars after how I was treated! My car was damaged at the Blue Wave car wash while in the wash the machine pulled my whole bumper off @ 1665 Eldridge Pkwy, Houston Tx. 77077 location & they are saying they will not pay for any damages & are denying that they had damaged my car! My car was perfectly fine prior to visit & been loyal customer 4 yrs! I’m very upset! Wanted to share! This isn’t right! I do not recommend this place is they treat there loyal customers like this!

With the membership you can wash your car anytime and in any bluewave franchise you want, love it, very quick and easy! Love it.

I bought the $16 option and the front looks untouched along with the driver sides front. Not meant for trucks I suppose. Free vacuum is the only thing worth it. I will not still have to hand wash the truck since I just wasted $16.

On of the best automatic car washes around the Energy corridor area. The prices are reasonable, the place is clean and more importantly the car comes out much cleaner than you'd anticipate. The vacuums are always in fine condition and the staff are very helpful if you require assistance. Top notch!

Best 9 dollars I ever spent. Usually I prefer hand washing but this place got my car sparkly clean and I am definitely going back

Best automatic car wash I've been to. The car gets clean and they'll let you go through again for bugs if you purchase the premium wash. The people are friendly and helpful. Finally, the vacuums are by far the best and they are available for unlimited use.

I pay a monthly membership of $14.95 to use this cashwash as many times as I want. It’s the only place I’ll take my vehicles. Definitely the best automatic car wash in Houston.

The average car wash. Nice place though. They are almost always crowded. I like that they have vacuums set up on both sides of the vehicle so that you are not dragging around the hose. It's definitely worth a visit.

Excellent place for a car wAsh friendly service when you deal with a person and they do a good job on the wash for $6. On a regular basis wash they even have a monthly service plan and you get free vacuums this place is always busy so you might have a little wait but worth it.
