BlueWave Express Car Wash, Houston TX

Been to carwashes all over the Houston area and for the price its always worth going to blue wave.

It started at $5/ wash a few years ago, with a premium wash at$12. Now the basic is double and the premium about $16. It's crowed when the rain has a break, but you would expect that. What I also expect is to get the wash I paid for. I never had a problem in the early years, but recently it is hit and miss. Today I stopped and because of the long lines to the wash, opted to vacuum first. Things kind of ok, then we got in line and it was a little chaotic with employees marking that the tag vehicles could only line up on left lane.then as I made it to pay fur my wash, I chose the premium wash, since I came in because my wheels and tires were pretty dirty and I know this machine can clean those, even when it misses the front and back of my hatchback pretty regularly. Well, the process seemed to go ok, but I drove straight home afterward to towel dry and hit the spots I know they miss. Well, the tires were not shinny as I expected them to be, and the wheels were still pretty dirty. I guess their line sequence must be out of whack and I got what someone else paid for, or the machine just ran out of the cleaner and the stuff that makes tires shinny. Not sure if worth a trip back to complain. I will show them the pictures next time I drive by

Extremely disappointed with Bluewave. Took my 2 week new Mercedes for its first wash at the Eldridge location. After it had dried out, I observed 6 scratches on the hood. The man in charge claimed the strokes are oblique when they are clearly in the direction in which the brush moved. Then he said, maybe the dealer sold it to me with scratches. I told him I have pictures of it when I bought it. I filled out a complaint form and have called customer service several times with no response in 72 hours. Please look after your customers.

Rude customer service. I was drying my vehicle off when one of the attendants said I could only vacuum and if I needed to dry my car I had to use the parking lot across. I paid for the wash and those dryers don't dry the vehicle well.

Staff was helpful in getting a VIP rewards card. Love the service and convenience especially on a Saturday.

They deserve no stars. Really disappointed in their customer service.
My tire was damaged when I drove my car through the car wash,
I filled out the documents for a claim and was informe I would receive a call within 48 hours. I followed up when I didn't receive a call. Never received response.

I'm a teacher (government worker) so I get $5.00 discount on my $20 a month unlimited wash plan. So $15.00 a month is pretty sweet. Bluewave just needs MORE LOCATIONS!

Great car wash service and for $20 a month with free vacuum service well worth it. Although the blowers need to be repositioned. Great friendly service. My go to car wash location.

Overall good value for the service provided. It is not a laser wash but it does a really good job getting the vehicle clean. There are free self service vacuums available for your use once the wash is complete

Great service, car always comes out nice and clean. They also have vending machines where you can purchase drinks and snacks as well as wipes to clean the inside of your car or small towels to dry your car. Even car fresheners.

Reasonable prices, the line moves well and I like the way they tape down your rear windshield wiper that's a nice touch. The air dryers at the end do a good job of removing the majority of water off your carhelps keep the spots down.

Friendly staff, good car wash, and fits vehicles up to 7'11" (the only one in west Houston I am aware of).

I go to this car wash quite often as I live right down the street. It's always an easy process to get through and even if I'm not washing the car, they don't mind us using their free vacuums (which I rarely do). I recently signed up to become a VIP member which is great because you get same-day rain guarantee which they allow you to wash your car again if it rains that same day. Great service!

Love this quick wash, free vacuums, & I love the vending machines! It has everything I need!
