My sales associate was quite patient in allowing me to take my time in choosing the furniture I eventually purchased. They also gave me a wonderful deal. I was well pleased with it all.

Don’t fall for the BED MATCH scam like my husband and I did. The analysis said we were green/blue so we bought the mattress they said matched us. I asked my sales rep at that time the return policy and he said 90 days, only if you buy a certain pillow and a mattress protector that totaled $400.00, which this is a scam as well. In “fine print” on the receipt it states you have 5 days to return mattress. The 90 day return was for a “swap” only and NO return.

In 30 days after trying our mattress, it wasn’t working and our bodies ached, so we contacted support and they issued us a ticket to do another BED MATCH analysis. When we went back and tried the BED MATCH again, the result was gold/green this time around. Just so happens, the mattress that we bought wasn’t available in a green, so their offer was for a custom mattress for an additional $1700 on top of our $3000 already paid.

BUYER BEWARE! Do the bed match multiple times before going with the first result! They’re holding customer accountable instead of the bed match being incorrect.

Simply put, I think Bob Mills might possibly be the best company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They take customer satisfaction to a whole new level. I made an error not once, but twice and they worked with me until I got the perfect recliner for my needs. Thank you to everyone at Bob Mills who helped me.

The people in the store are great, just don't use their credit card. I have been trying to get customer service on the phone for over 2 hours with no success of anyone answering. I give their credit card customer service a ZERO This will not let you post without clicking on a star

Not quite sold on the pricing yet. But the lady who waited on us was very polite and helpful. The selection is nice. But they do not carry gliders bummer! They do carry massage chairs

Overall great experience! Daisy helped me pick out the right furniture and helped me get the best deal! Originally I walked away because it was to much but she somehow made everything affordable! If you do here look for her and she will take care of you!

Our mattress is very comfortable and got a good night's sleep. I could hardly believe that we had to pay a delivery charge being senior citizens and living a few blocks from the business. It is what it is! Keep Smiling!

No pressure sales people make this place great! They don't follow you around like a zombie trying to up sell you but are helpful if you need it. Prices are reasonable and furniture is of average to above average quality.

Really nice place and furniture is no pressure sales person following you around like you are going to steal something but they are helpful if you're going in this show room to look be wowed but be prepared to spend some money this stuff is not cheap and appears to be good quality man they have some neat stuff and if you have it delivered the delivery persons are CLEAN and act perfasanal too.i bought two power recliner and my wife and I are enjoying them.

Purchased about 10,000 worth of furniture from them this year with the warranty, it’s falling apart at the seams warranty company says they don’t cover manufactures defects. Won’t go back! Beware.the warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on!

Great furniture and decent price however, I bought $5,000 worth of furniture on a Monday and was promised delivery by Saturday. After being promised, scheduled and re-scheduled for delivery 4 different times, 2 1/2 months later I finally got the couch I ordered and still don't have the TV that was promised.

I like the furniture it's beautiful but we pay extra 100 dollars for delivery and assembly and they just put together the bed and we had to assembly the vanity which was very heavy overall everything went ok
