Bob Mills Furniture, Midland TX

We have bought furniture from this Bob Mills several times. Each time we shopped around but always found the best deal and customer service here.

Worst customer service ever! We had serious problems with the delivery. When we called the local store, the lady that answers the phone (Connie) hung up on us twice when we called after weeks of not getting our delivery refund.
Go somewhere else.

Adrian was awesome. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us several options.
The delivery men were courteous and fast. Would recommend Bob Mills.

If I could I would rate it not even a star. I bought couches from here and they are already are peeling from just being next to the wall. I bought extra protection called smart buy and They didn’t even want to cover it! The lady for the smart buy was so rude! I guess them being rude is them trying to get out of the protection. They told me if they replaced my couch I would have to pay for parts And labor. It’s ridiculous GO TO CARTERS Spend the extra cash for good material!

Purchased items for several rooms, the customer service was amazing and the deals were amazing. Our LR set is electric powered recliners in leather with powered headrests. The adjustable Sleep to Live mattress and base set is a welcome addition to achieving a more restful and comfort sleep. The free TV is a great bonus too! I love our new dining room as well. All of the items we purchased fit nicely in our rustic design. Brad was a great agent and you cannot beat their prices!

Staff needs to improve on product knowledge and improve on communication and ordering my sister order her furniture from here and and she received the oposite of what she asked for and the only thing they got right was not compleat they were pieces missing And toke them over 2 weeks to get them and she had to go to the store to get them because they would not want to deliver them to her house worst experience ever

Go find Gigi (Gwynette). Customer service was superb! I'll definitely buy more furniture from them.

Great experience. Adrian Lopez was wonderful to work with. Salesmen aren't pushy, but are very informative when you have questions.

I ordered a couch/chaise and chose fabrics. It is perfect! Looks gorgeous and they delivered at the earliest possible date to San Angelo. I am very pleased with their service and would definitely order again.

Love my delivery guys they were GREAT! Nathan and his partner took apart another bed to move it for me, Can you please make sure that Nathan and his partner from Midland TX get a raise. These are the kind of guys i want showing up, ready to help you, careful with your funiture and my ADHD daughter was trying to help them. They were GREAT WITH HER! I can't stop Maddison she's faster than me, Nathan included her so she as well wanted them to come back!

In store staff was extremely helpful, but not overbarring like most furniture stores, which was tremendous! The delivery staff were very humerous and treated my furniture as if it were their own. I am beyond pleased with my experience with Bob Mills Furniture and their staff! Hands down, I would recommend them to anybody looking for great quality furniture!
