I had an absolutely fantastic experience here with Josue. After getting strung along by Honda completely until the last moment where they doubled the price we had agreed on, I randomly called up Bob Stallings and they hooked me up with Josue. He did everything in his power to help me out, get the best deal within my budget, and still get the right car for me.

He was completely transparent the whole way through and I saw an honesty in him that made me want to do business with him. With so few people in this business like that it was a breath of fresh air to work with him.

He even dropped off the vehicle himself the next day so that it could be completely washed and detailed (I didn't mention I had arrived there about 30 min before closing but they still accommodated me).

So I would highly recommend this honest business and would refer anyone looking to get an honest deal to Josue.

I purchased my Palisade from dealership and decided to give the service dept an opportunity to complete the required oil change. I was asked to select a time for the service. I chose 10am Monday. When I arrived there were at least 10 customers in the waiting area. The area was cleaned and we were practicing social distancing. After an hour later the young man brought my car to the front. There was another vehicle in front of mine. The young lady sprayed some agent in the interior and brought the keys in. The detailer (car washer) did not spay my vehicle and handed my key to the accountant. He went and got a cup of ice water and I watched him walk back to the car wash area. I asked Chris if they sanitize vehicles she replied yes ma'am, before and after. I thought he may have done it when he was at the car wash but that would not make much sense being he had to drive the car up to the door. So I blew it off. Then as I begin to drive back into my home which is about 20 minutes from the dealership I realized the mechanics did not reset the service notification in the vehicle so I called the dealership back. I spoke with the service intake person who was working with me initially and she tried to walk me through the process for resetting the notification. The car would have continued to display the notification every time I start the vehicle.she first asked if I could come back and she would take care of it for me but I told her I was back home. Needless to say I was unable to reset the notification and she suggested that I look at the video on YouTube to reset the notification. It is for these two reasons I give them a 2-star and that is being generous. I could have very well gone to the Arlington Hyundai dealership which is only three minutes from my home for the service call. I will most likely try the Arlington dealership for my next service. I'm just sayin'!

I went here to get a recall fixed on my Hyundai Elantra and left with more issues. They somehow twisted the drivers side seat belt while moving my car and now it’s broken. I told them how unsafe it was to drive when the seat belt doesn't work and they didn’t care. DO NOT GO HERE. I’m now having to spend money trying to fix another issue that I didn’t even have!

They have outstanding service!

I went in asking for Corwin, but found out he was no longer there. Instead Chris came out to help me and I was not disappointed! He walked me through everything and explained the procedures in a way I understood. He was also very fair and only recommend what I needed. I was told elsewhere that a coolant and brake flush was needed, but he explained they were not due yet. For this reason, I will continue to take my vehicle for service to this location. Thanks again Chris, for your great service!

Beware.they are at the end of the day a used car salesman. How they sleep at night I have no idea. I used their own link to value my trade before I drove out there. I chose conservatively the "worst" condition for my trade. Even though my car had no mechanical issues and is completely functional it has some needs.the LOWEST their valuation came back to for my car was 4800 to 6200. The salesman told me "our KBB came back with your car being worth 2200. " Nope. Your KBB system came back at the lowest 4800. "Well, what are you looking to get? " I said out of here. Give me my keys I don't have time for all of the back and forth to try to eek out a fair deal. Don't believe the one price deal they are offering with no haggling.they post that price a little lower than other dealers so their sales look in line. BUT then they hammer you on your trade. 20 years ago they hammered you on the price of the new car.now they know we can see what everyone is selling them for so they have switched and now screw you on your trade. Not surprising, after all they are used car salesman. Expect to see the owner tell you how beat up the car was.again.the lowest most beat up option you can choose on KBB stated thousands above what I was told by the salesman. Who lied. Shocker.

Bob Stalling’s service staff is very welcoming. I only take my car to get service here, because of the price, the warmth that they give and how fast they get you out. I’ve gotten 3 cars from them and would get another one when it’s time to go shopping again, so 2 thumbs up from me, a happy and satisfied customer.

It was okay. Had some confusion about the coupon I was using but overall it was ok. I did not get a copy of the 21 muti point check showing what was inspected. Second point of why it was just okay. The car wash wasn’t working so they was hand washing vehicles and had a long line. Third point of why it was just okay. Did not get car wash.

I had done some maintenance in my car. The communication between the service people and me was extremely poor and it took them weeks to get things done. I got a so called manager involved in this issues and very poor customer service as well

MyKaila has been amazing helping me get my car covered under warranty. She’s kept in touch and made my visit smooth compared to other dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past years. I will definitely be coming back to service my car regularly. It’s hard to find people you trust that make sure your car is worked on properly and quickly. 5 star service all around!

Shelby was so attentive and efficient as she helped me on my latest service appointment at Bob Stallings Hundayi. She is a really asset to the Bob Stalling Auto Family and her friendliness and willingness to help are real pluses. I will definitely ask for her the next time I need any repairs or services on my Santa Fe.

I was really hesitant to get my car serviced here because I’ve had horrible experiences at a different dealership. Wow, they were so kind and fast I was a bit in shock. Bob Stalling himself even came by and greeted me. Wonderful experience
