Bob Stallings Hyundai, Dallas TX

I have been researching for a vehicle to purchase for the past couple of months. I am so thankful to have researched and stopped Bob Stallings Hyundai dealership. Julian Salazar is the person to go to. He showed me the vehicle I wanted and provided the best customer service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. He treated me like family. I look forward to my first service in a couple of months.

As always, getting an oil change was fast and friendly. The free car wash was the cherry on top! Love Bob Stallings Hyundai!

This place is the best Joe the mechanic really knows what to do and informed us that parts we were rold that were needed by a Big O employee was not needed and saved us money! The staff was really great and I would recommend this service center to anyone traveling or in the area! We are from Florida but this place deserves the 5 stars!

The sales department was great, I knew what I wanted call Tim Brainerd (great guy) set it up went to pick it up and thats when I had a problem not with Tim but the girl in the finance department don't remember her name but I was paying cash so there shouldn't have been a problem but there was so I walked out. Tim called me and got me to come back in and set me up with Ryan in Finance and everything was fine. Based on their reviews I was a little skeptical but it worked out fine, I will say they were more willing to make a car sale then the other Hyundai dealerships aroung Dallas area I have at least 3 within a 12 miles radius of my house and I had to drive about 50 miles to get to Bob Stallings.

Visited this location on Friday and received stellar customer service from Service Adisorder Mikayla Lorenzen. I'm new to the Hyundai family so her excellent service confirms my purchase decision.

The dealership is very clean and nice. The people are friendly and courteous. As with all service agreements get a bottom line - drive out price.
