One of the only things that truly makes me scared dental surgery of any kind, and everyone there did so very well to make sure I was comfortable that while the surgery I was going through was happening all I could think was "how am I gonna let them no to hit continue on my music when it pauses? ". If the dentist isn't for you, then they're a good option, just let them know how you're feeling about it all.

Brident Dental & Orthodontics requires giving up your rights to protect yourself by posting both 30.06 and 30.07. Choose a different place that is not against our constitution.

Very expensive and predatory fee structure that incentives staff to get you to sign up for their care plan and they automatically schedule you for an appointment several months later in hopes youd forget it to charge you the missed appointment fee. These people are sharks go to a different dentist.

**Update 1/27/21** The day after my appointment I was called from an Indian call center saying they were some other dental company. When I finally got through to a person they said they were asking me about an appointment at an office in Orange County. I corrected him that I am in DFW and the call quickly switched to an automated debt collection message. The next person to answer said I owed for a missed appointment fee. I told them I showed up for the appointment but the doctor didn't want to see me so there was no missed appointment, and the rep took a snarky attitude with me that their records show I missed the appointment. I tried numerous times to get through to someone in a US office, and was just hung up on by their call center, sent through multiple loops of people unwilling to assist and finally gave up.it is impossible to reach people with this company, and if this $50 charge goes to collections and hits my credit there will be hell to pay.

I made a same day appointment via phone, and was informed by the person about everything I needed to do due to Covid but that I would be seen today. I cancelled my own patients and drove across DFW (I work further away and live here) to get there due to having major concerns about my health from some pain and swelling around my jawline. When I arrived at 3: 30, I was told they don't do same day appointments and the doctor was leaving soon (He was standing behind the counter at the time). They wanted to move me to Thursday. Not after rescheduling my own patients in fear for my health and safety. I'll go elsewhere.

My rating is based off of one employee who made it worth taking the time to rate. I wasn’t impressed with one of the ladies at the front. She didn’t acknowledge I came in and even after sitting there for ten minutes while she helped the same customer she still didn’t say anything to let me know she’d be with me. With that being said, the lady with an office in the very front named Caitlin made the experience worth the wasted time. As soon as she came back up to the front she immediately helped me and we faced many issues which she helped me overcome easily with a willing attitude. I wouldn’t have came back if it wasn’t for her but I will be a continual customer from now on.

Was not satisfied with the Customer Service, I’m Very Big On First impressions And Good Service. My first visit was Awful when I walked in the Front Desk staff was Very Rude, one of the Women claimed she could not find my daughters insurance in their system I advised her of the info I had she just said yea I can’t find it. I contacted my insurance who assured me I had the correct information and that the dentist office does have Assistants that does not know how to properly pull up info in the system so they offered to contact them for me. While trying to contact them they let the phone ring never answered I explained tht the insurance was trying to call to inform them, the young lady had an attitude and said she wasn’t able to answer at tht time, Which I didn’t understand because they were just sitting there. So I explained to her what I was told she then said oh okay well had I known WhT type of insurance it was I would have looked in a different system. Which makes no sense because I feel if you can’t find it in the system then surely you would look into the other system instead of just telling me oh no I can’t find it. So I let that go we rescheduled bc they claimed to be super busy and that we wouldn’t be able to be seen, I also advised tht we had an appointment for the orthodontist that Nxt week and out of nowhere she states “FYI Medicaid Doesn’t pay for Braces”. First and foremost I didn’t ask if they paid for it or not and I feel that wasn’t your place nor the time to tell me this. I know braces are expensive and I am prepared to pay what’s needed that’s not a problem however I didn’t like the delivery of that I really didn’t and at this point I really don’t want to give anyone my money that treats their customers this way. On top of that it’s not the cleanest the floors are filthy the whole place could use a good cleaning especially during these times of Covid. I didn’t like it and would never refer anyone to this place.

Place is highly overrated. Front desk lady was extremely rude with a smart mouth on her. Drove from Arlington just to get turned away for reasons they could’ve addressed while I was scheduling the appointment (didn’t ask to verify my insurance while I scheduling it when the day came they turned me away and didn’t want to work with me)

Dr. Patel was great I had the pleasure of having karina a be with me in the whole process. She was great I was excited that everything went well after not being there in a while. Thanks guys

I didn’t have to wait long before being seen. The service was awesome! Yamill was very helpful and explained everything.

Viola did my consultation. I was very apprehensive about the nightguard impression but I went ahead and did it. It went well. Dr. Patel was very friendly and put my mind at ease.

I came here from the the 1st time after not being to the dentist for a while and was pleased with my service. I will start my implant on Monday so I am excited! Viola was very sweet and sociable and was great helped me with my payment plan. Also great great to run into another Chicagoian

I'm glad that came in today with my kids, because I couldnt find a provider within network with medicaid. The service was great and quick and we will be back on Friday. The assistants were friendly and smiley and made my kids confortable. Viola and Reese took care of my kids today and Dr. Patel did the treatment thanks y'all

I am literally always here because they are my general dentist and my orthodontist! I love the staff everyone is amazing! VIOLA WAS AMAZING! She took the time to explain everything to me completely. DR. PATEL is absolutely wonderful! He’s been taking care for me over a year now and all I can say is he is completely AMAZINGGGGGGG! VIOLA AND DR. PATEL make a great team! I love them!

I came to brident to get my braces done almost a year ago and i was very pleased with the service! I returned and spoke with Viola and she did my consultation and made a great payment plan. Dr. You did my examination and everything was awesome!

They are always behind schedule, everyone acts like it's their 1st day, no one can answer your questions. Go somewhere else, unless You're looking to waste half a day.

I've been coming here for 4 years with my children and even got my braces through this clinic. I have had a really great experience here with Reese, Dalia, and Viola. Dr. Patel has been awesome. Thanks brident for your help

Love my braces, everyone was so kind I spent some time but I didn’t mind at all the reassurance that it will be a speedy process was very comforting, the process and employees there were so kind and patient with my questions and concerns. They are affordable and easy to work BEST dentistry and orthodontics by far I’ve already started recommending them to other friends and family thank you so much Brident ️
