Brident Dental & Orthodontics, Hurst TX

I came in because I needed to get my wisdom teeth checked out and Dr. Patel did my consultation. Viola was very personable and let me know my financial options. She worked with me until I could do something within my budget. I actually look forward to my next dental appointment!

They overbooked, it was really inconvenient for me as I have to take time off work, go sit in the office filling out forms for an hour only for them to say they have to reschedule to next week because they have too many people. Too many people? Then why did you schedule them? Very unprofessional to waste my time. When they asked me when I would like to reschedule to, I just told them I'm going to find a different dentist instead.

Wait time was a little lengthy but Dr. Patel and the assistant Karina were absolutely wonderful with my extremely highly anxious son! They were so patient with him and explained things to him so he felt at ease. Thank yall for being wonderful!

I am really pleased with Brident and it's staff. I don't believe I have ever had such a good cleaning. The hygienist numbed my gums to do a deep cleaning. It would probanly have been too painful otherwise. The only thing that didn't happen is the gel treatment. I was to speak with the endodonist and then get the gel treatment. I walked out and I guess they forgot too.

They scheduled my son’s appointment at 9am, but they didn’t open the door until 9: 03, and none of the front desk people were there yet. The dentist wasn’t there yet either. This was the third time I’d came here and it’s going to be the last. We have to wait so long and the service was not great.
