Worse volvo dealership ever seen in my life, will rob broad day light, they took 4ever to diagnose yr truck to charge more labor fees, 400dollar for 2hrs,

They kept me waiting in line for a while for no reason. They were 3 people sitting and standing around the same customer while I was just waiting for them to serve me. 2 of 3 windows were open but nobody wanted to serve me. They are rude and unhelpful.

They had my part! They will even come in on a Sunday for emergencies if you contact Volvo's national hotline for a nominal fee. They keep you rolling with a smile on their face. Thank you.

Asked for a price on a part they said it was $100 but out of stock. Went to another dealer got the same part for $65. Beware.

This company and employees is one of the most professional and friendly. From top notch mechanics and services to parts.its hard to name them all not a bad apple in the bunch. I would put them up against any company. Thank you.

Good staff, they can get a little bit pricey and they love digging for your problem and they are proud to charge for it too. I'm not to happy with a dealer ever but overall they are a good dealer other than the fact it's Volvo so nothing really needs to be said other than don't buy a Volvo!

One of the very few Volvo/Mack dealers that aren't crooks. Not 100% sure if Bruckners is not shady, but so far they've been good to me. Stay away from Vanguard Truck Centers! As for Bruckners, I plan on getting more service work done here.

Ordered parts on multiple occasions and was told I'd have them that day, had to call the next day to find out my parts were not sent. Their parts delivery service is unreliable, as I type this I'm waiting on parts that were supposed to be here this morning and it's 4: 52pm, nobody will answer the phone.

Knox sensors, always the Knox sensors. You won’t find an estimate under $4,000.00 at this place.

Had my truck diagnosed there didn’t find the problem but suggested this and that that would have cost 5000 dollars and still charged me 650 dollars problem came back right after leaving called to bring my truck back they were going to charge me diagnostic fees again I must say this place is a total ripoff I’ll never take nothing there for work again pretty much gave them money for nothing

Called ahead three days for a hard to find wiring harness. Gave my name and Corp info and they said they’d hold it. Showed up, NO HARNESS! Went 73 miles out of my way for what reason?

Rudeist people I ever felt with in service. Stuff came up missing from truck. If it wasn't a company lease truck I would never go back

The parts department is Great! I've been dealing with Quinton, Adrian, and Gerry for years. I got ripped off by the service department around 7 years ago and never returned. I wish I had enough money to rate the sales department, maybe one day.

Picked my cousin up when he dropped his Volvo off. They couldn't fix the simplest problem. DPF needed cleaning, but they wouldn't touch it because there was no "fault" on the computer

Their parts department seems to always have the parts you need, I have never been disappointed.
