Bruckners Mack & Volvo, Dallas TX

Been buying parts from here for the longest time. Some of the guys are pretty knowledgeable. Don't count them for any after-hours parts service. Once I tired and they didn't answer. They did call back after two weeks

The mechanic don't know nothing just wanted take many 140$ per hour and told me I need change egr 2 EPG valve.and charge mee 299$ just for checked askin mee to fix 3500 it's wrong. H&M Repair find me EGR valve into turbo charge take look.

Great service dept. Got me in and found my problem quick. Got me out in the time they said they would. No extra cost than what the estimate said.

All I can say is stay away from Volvo engines and most of the dealerships. Including the bafoons at the Waco dealer!

Anthony and the boys wasted no time getting my truck up and running. Made it all DOT legit and tbh.they went the extra mile! Thanks!

This is by far the cleanest Volvo Shop; I had ever been to, service and parts are very professional and detailed. Kudos keep up the Excellent work you're doing!

Have been buying parts for 5 years from this place. Billy in service is awesome. In parts almost all guys are knowledgeable Quinton, Adrein and Jerry are very helpfull.

As far as mack service shops goes this Location is very good, some of their other shops leave a bit to be desired. They are fair and work very hard to get the job done. 140$ an hour is a bit over the top though.

I took my truck there 2 weeks ago for a $5000 repair I get 500 miles down the road and my truck still is having the same problem. I'm going back Monday to see what they say. I'm expecting to be charged for another repair, when it should have been fixed the first time.
I hate when service just throws parts at the truck till they get it fixed, and expect me to pay for all the parts and labor on stuff it didn't need! Not happy so fare!

Called ahead to make sure part was available, got there and stood in line for over an hour at the parts desk only to be told that they couldn't find the part in the warehouse

Love this place. The service here is enough to definitely influence my next purchase! Amazing staff.

Once we finally got to the service tech, device went extremely well and quick to get us out. The facility is pet friendly. Drivers lounge is extremely comfortable. Vending machines with snacks and hot foods available. Finally, a HUGE Thank You to Billy, Kevin & the other guys who made a long day bearable.
