25Not really a very safe neighborhood for your children. Seems to be some behind the scenes illegal drug activity.
Nice one and two bedroom apartment rooms. Nice friendly atmosphere and great place to stay short term or long term.
We love this place! We have been here for 6 months and i cant say enough positive things about the place and the staff. We are on the third floor and face the courtyard, & now that its spring all the trees and flowers are blooming and its beautiful. At night i enjoy sitting outside and drink coffee after work & love how peaceful it is.if we ever have a problem or need anything the staff is always there and willing to help. SECURITY at night makes me feel safe especially since i have to take my puppy out by myself late. We love staying here and wish we'd found it sooner
We've been here for 6 months. Pay roughly 282/wk 3rd floor with a small dog. People are very nice, we feel it is a pretty quiet community. We keep our windows open for fresh air and rarely get distracted from outside noises. I will say we have foundation cracks pretty bad in the short time weve been here. Ive recaulked our bathtub due to cracks and a week later it cracked. Both bathroom and kitchen counters are coming away from the wall. We still have not recieved our tax money from after the first 30 days we were here due to the front not saying anything about it. Make sure you ask about signing the tax paper if you're here over a month or you'll never get it, cause they sure won't tell you. Other than that mgmt seems great too us, weve never had a problem here besides them trying to tow my car, but they do not have tow signs, so it would've been an illegal tow. They never know the answer to any questions. They turn water off without telling you. They "test" fire alarms too many times, sometimes its like they do it to pisd people off. They say they will fix things and never do. This is a good place to stay if you dont like being bothered and like fixing things yourself if it breaks.
