Staff super friendly and helpful the grounds were kept up extremely well would look at these to rent again

This is the worst budget suites I've ever stayed in first week had people knocking at the door at all times of the night had one person try to busy in room she was on something had police take her away air didn't work second week called office said be tm before we can fix it staff not very nice manager a ass and over rated price wise I don't reckamend this place if you need short or long term living.

I stayed there month of June 2017. A neighbor asked if i needed cocaine. I got bit by bed bugs. They wanted to put me in another room. I inspected room worth management and found more bedbugs. I asked for my deposit and refund and they where very disrespectful. It's now 1st week of August and still no refund. The complaint number they give you is a fake number

This hotel is in a perfect location. It is surrounded by lots great restaurants and a few night clubs.

The women in the front office are horrible people.
The living space is easily worth 3 stars but the front office staff make it hard to live in peace. I have installed video cameras in our place and discovered employees coming in and going through our belongings.
People will come up to your door and ask for money.

I wish I would have found this place when I first moved here. I love it here. It's very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Just like home.

Terrible place roaches all out side crawling on the walls and bunch loud bass in the parking lot.nice people they keep to themselves but the kids are unattended and are cery disruptive aftwr hours. The front office the only one whos nice is the manager rick. Other than that the rest are very rude. Kids poop in the pool so it's closed alot

I never saw bugs but the crime rate here is unbelieveable. Drugs and prostitutes everywhere. Highway doesn't let you sleep.

This place is not friendly or kid friendly and is nasty full of bed bugs stay at your own risk but however it is convenient to all the restaurants Studio Movie Grill and the Gas Monkey

Everything was going well until the lights go off in sunny weather sometimes for hours with no reason. Please dont let the wind blow or your internet and cable will probably go out for hours or a day. Staff is friendly and its clean with no bugs. Decent area.but really frustrated over never having internet not working and lights always going off!

The location is very convenient (Northwest Highway and Loop 12), clean and quiet. Variety of restaurants near by, gas station 2 blocks away.

Nice quite area. 3 stars cuz this Mexican guy decided to just walk into my room while I was bringing my boxes up. Claiming his bad he thought it was his place. And he lives on the 3rd floor not the 2nd. I think he was just trying to steal something.
