Bumps n' Bruises Pediatric Urgent Care, Mansfield TX

I’ve been here at least 4 times for a COVID test and the staff has been SO lovely. The staff has treated me kindly and administered everything in full detail. It’s so easy to register for care with them and they’re very professional and include rapid testing in their procedure. Would recommend to anyone and everyone! Shoutout to Dr. Summer!

I needed a rapid COVID test before a medical procedure and was able to get it here. Scheduling was easy, the tele-visit was easy and the test was performed right on time while I remained in the car. I couldn’t ask for anything better!

Good experience here. The appointment was easy to make online and the staff was friendly. Also, the facility was clean and had Covid protocols in place.

They got us in and out quick. The nurse and Doctor were both very helpful, explained things to both my daughter and I before doing anything. They made my nervous daughter feel comfortable. We will definitely go back if needed.

Staff was over all very understanding and kind. Hope I don't need their services again but would definitely do back.

Brought my daughter in with a very high fever and they stayed late past closing to make sure she was ok and that her fever was coming down. Ran all types of test to eliminate a number of things that could be wrong. Even giving my daughter a popsicle Can't thank them enough for their work on making sure my babygirl gets to feeling better. Have brought her in a number of times and as always they never disappoint. Thank you!

Fast! We weren’t able to get into our regular Drs. Office, so tried bumps and bruises! Made an appointment online and was seen within the hour! Friendly and thorough!

We went in late on a weekday and everyone was so kind and patient with us. The receptionist was so friendly and greeted us with a smile. All the staff was patient with our son and very gentle. The doctor was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Bumps and Bruises is our only choice for after hours and weekend care when our pediatrician is closed. Their hours are very convenient.

This place is great! Started coming here after my daughter was misdiagnosed TWICE by the same doctor at cooks urgent care. This place is so much faster and the staff is SO friendly! My kids love it so much they ask specifically to come to this dr office!

This place is wonderful! We take our kids there whenever they get sick because it's a quick in and out. The staff are so sweet to our kids and make the whole experience easy and fun. They lose a star today though because when we went to our room there were ants crawling all over the book case and floor. Just sugar ants but not something you want to see in your doctor's office!

Horrible customer service. Walked in the doctor genuinely concerned about my child that had a recent surgery and the first thing I was asked was what insurance we have? ! Really? Not what brought you in? Or How can we help you? That did not set well with me. Glad I left and went to another urgent care that showed a little more empathy torsed our situation. I don't care how long you have at a job; if you're working with people act like you care. And yes, we do have insurance.

I took my granddaughter to Bumps n Bruises to have her ears pierced. Everyone was so kind and it made it a very relaxed and nice experience for my granddaughter. Thank you so much! We have one happy little girl.

Great urgent care facility. Have taken my daughters here many times. Staff is always courteous & very helpful. The NP is always making sure we understand everything she tells us & she's great with my daughters. I've never had to wait for a long period of time to get seen, unlike other urgent care places. I love this place for its top notch services for children. The staff was very friendly and the physician assistant and nurse practitioner was very knowledge in treating my daughter. They have the state of the art technology in treating and managing any health relate situations. I definitely recommend this facility for your children.

First visit, this office was being built when my daughter went to a near by school. Great experience. Staff was very friendly and professional. Clean, updated facility and awesome healthcare professional manners. I love good customer service. Would definitely recommend perfect 10!

Love this place! They are great and getting you in and out. The staff is very warm and friendly. I use the monthly membership plan and it saves me money on my visits. The lollipops, stickers and/or popsicles are a great perk for the kids:)

This is a nice place but it’s a waste of money. I took my son here Wednesday because he had been running a fever for 2 days. They swobbed him for strep which came back negative and told me that it was just a virus going around giving kids high fevers and to bring him back if it didn’t go down more. That bothered me so I called his PCP and told them that I needed him seen ASAP. They didn’t have anything until today Friday. I take him in and they tell me he has the flu. I can guarantee that I won’t be back I will wait out his PCP again before I waste my copay to allow my son to suffer because someone decided to do a half ass job.
