Burger King, Wylie TX

Unbelievable small "burgers" that look and taste completely unhealthy. I even didn't know until now that such small buns existed! What I remember about Burger King is that it really was the king of burgers, sizzling grilled meat and fresh and big grilled buns. What I bought yesterday looked more like those toy plastic "burgers"! Tasteless and ridiculous!
What a shame! I'd rate "0".

Burger King in Wylie is SHORT staffed and NEEDS additional help. The manager (MARIA) is also the order taker, drive thru attendant, and also helps with cooking. If you have a limited time for lunch DO NOT GO HERE. It never fails that each time I visit my wait time is 20 minutes or more. PLEASE understand that your customers are on a time frame as well. Consider others time, as we consider where our money is SPENT. You have to do DO better.

Bread was hard, whenever I saw her put my food in the microwave, I knew I was doomed. Now I see why it's always empty.

I wouldn't even give this place one star. Went for dinner here tonight at 5: 15Pm. Just ordered the sandwich, which was a double whopper w cheese. Got home literally 8 minutes later, and my burger was barely warm, like it had been pre cooked. Worst Burger King I ever ate at, and I love Burger King.

During weekdays the food is fresh the service is always Pleasant. During the weekends the service is Pleasant. But they will park you with absolutely no one in line. And chicken nuggets are rarely good on the weekends. They're always old like they've been sitting under the heat lamp. Weekdays are perfect. Weekends especially early in the day the food is not usually very good.

December 17,2020 Wanted a Whopper and asked for extra mayo man said we really don't have mayo we already have to get mayo from packages. Wow ok not very good service.

Went through drive through this evening, none of lights were on so i couldnt read the menu. I ordered whopper combo and bacon king combo, both with onion rings. Drinks had almost no ice, onion rings were old and barely warm. Burgers received were 1 plain whopper and 1 impossible whopper, both cold. Did not get a receipt and had to look up their number. Called several times, no answer, no voice mail.

French fries were to soft seemed undercooked. Fries not firm at all. Great deals on their menus.

Go in with coupon for buy one get one free.rings up 11.76! I explained the coupon.and employee says well that's just the way it works! I asked how much for 1 sandwich he said 6.54! That's what I should be paying. I just get a shoulder shrug! When I asked for a manager I get an eyeroll! Because he has to call one! Not even one on duty! Never ever go to this one! The food is always cold. Chicken fries are undercooked. Bacon King has one 2 inch slice of bacon. Items missing from orders regularly. Worth driving to one twice as far away.

The wait was almost 20 min in the drive thru. No explanation. I understand busy but.it wasn't. This place just seems to go further downhill everytime i come. Its a shame because i love burger king: (.

Difficult time getting correct order. Not usually the case at other burger king restaurants. Had to remake order 3 times.and it was still wrong. We were there for 20 mins and were the only ones in line the entire time. Now I see why.

I wish I could post that video but it will not let me.my family and I had gone through the Burger King drive-through and I had looked up what time they closed before hand to make sure they would be open the time they closed is at midnight and we had got there about 10: 50 and no one wanted to take are order

Terrible staff, just completely unfriendly and uncaring. The manager, Maria Ayala, is not management material in the least, I was getting a refund after waiting about 15 minutes in line, and then finding out my food is already cold when I get it, she doesn’t even try to make any semblance of an apology, just opting for one word sentences like ‘sorry’ or ‘ok, ’ honestly terrible.

I ordered an original chicken sandwich only and it was NOT hot when I received it. Service was gud but could've been better

Very little to none regarding guest service. The Latina manager was told the Dr Pepper did not have a spout on it because it squirted all on my clothes and the A/W wasn't working. I expected her to apologize and attend to it. That didn't happen even after 10 minutes of sitting there waiting on my coffee that they didn't have ready. So I got up and took the A/W sprout off since ut wasn't working and traded it with the Dr Pepper.

Asked for extra vegetables and paid extra too I might add. When I got home (12 miles away) my burger was full of lettuce, one thin slice of tomato about 1 and half inches round, couple of onion rings and pickles. Doesn't seem like extra vegetables to me.

My burger was made incorrectly and very sloppy. When I opened the wrapper, condiments oozed all over. I took the burger back in and the kid behind the counter was rude & smart mouthed. I left without food.

20 min wait after being asked to pull forward. 3 of 4 burgers incorrect. 1 of 5 drinks incorrect. Short staffed and not worth the time or wait. Skip it.
