32 So many reasons why this is a bad place
The service was Terrible we repeated our order ten times and it was still wrong! Just wow
So during business hours, if no one is working the drive-thru, and no one is taking orders inside (just standing around), what is this large brick for? A piece of modern art? My suggestion is to start hiring locally and stop hiring prisoners on work release programs.
We had good visits where the food is good, then other visits where the food doesn't seem as fresh. Staff is the same, some times good service other times, they seem like they don't care.
My sandwich looked like it had been stepped on. I asked for a replacement. The kitchen staff stopped mopping the floor and put her gloves on. If I had not been watching, I would not have known she NEVER washed her hands after handling the mop bucket and mop. I promptly asked for a refund and went to Whataburger! I'll never go back to this location.
This is one of the worst Burger King locations ever. They consistently run out of items. Regularly they do not get the order correct. Whoever the franchise owner is needs to removed. They are giving Burger King a bad name. Pathetic.

It was very poor customer service.had to wait 5 minutes before anyone took order 3 people got their food before me even though I ordered first frys weren't fresh and cold someone needs to teach them how to work in the fast food industry
I went to this location and ordered 3 regular cheeseburgers a double qp king and 4 orders of fries. I got to the window and was told it was exactly $15 which I pad in cash with 3 $5 bills and did not get a receipt. I'm pretty sure the kid working the window just pocketed the money. I was asked to pull forward and there was another car in front of me that had already moved forward. We were the only 2 customers there inside or out. After waiting about 10 minutes the car in front of me just drove away. I finally got my order and when I got home it was disgusting like it had been sitting for quite a while. Soggy burgers and fries. I would think as long as I had to wait that they were making it fresh. It waz disgusting and I will never go to this location again and it's literally 2 minutes from my house.
Every morning either they don't have food "ready" or the employee just sits at a table ignoring the drive through.
The service at this location is not the greatest. The drive through does not have urgency. Over half of the lettuce leaves in salad that I just ordered were brown and withered. Not appetizing at all!
They was very professional the employee named daniel went way out of his way and took the time to take care of me and i left 100% happy Thank you, LeAndra Price
The food is nasty and the people that works there look just as nasty as the food nothing is cooked fresh
