THEY NEED MORE WORKERS BAD AND SONIC! TIM IS A GREAT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THIS LOCATION NEEDS MORE HELP

Terrible service each time I don't know who does hiring but these employees have no customer service skills at all. Have gone several times.

Took more then 20 minutes to get my food. Gave me the wrong order too by the time they gave me my food it was extremely cold. Worst Burger I ever been too. FOR SURE NOT COMING BACK.

I went through the drive thru and they kept my card. I had to back but the lobby was closed and had to get back in the drive thru line to get my card. I called first and someone hung up on me. The staff didn't even apologize.

Nice customer service AND they also put napkins and condiments in your bag without you even having to ask!
Most barely give napkins no matter how big or small the order is or some give 15 sauces or catsup for 1 or 2 items, crazy! But so far this location gets it right, thank you!

Fries were overcooked! No cheese on my sandwich even though I requested it! And my drink was watered down! It was a waste of my time & money!

I just enjoyed their dishes. I always get good customer service here. The place is well kept and the staff members are always super nice. Would recommend to others.

ITS A HEALTH CRISIS AND NO ONE HAS GLOVES NOT EVEN THE CASHIER. And they messed up my order after two times had to get back in driveway thru line to correct every time

We placed and order through the app and it was never delivered when we went up to this location they told us it wasnt there problem we never got our order. The only manager supposedly in duty on March 24, at 8: 02pm was very rude and refused to give us her real name she said her name was Maria then said it was Teresa it was a Hispanic older women. She was very rude and refused to do anything about the concerns that we placed and order to this store location and the order was supposed to get delivered through doordash but the driver stole it. When we told her that she said we didnt pay then we paid door dash even though we showed her our receipt from buger king how that store location recieved our odder. When I tried to call they also never answered the phone. Worst customer service I'm definitely contact Burger King corporate or management for this

The young lady took my order but afterwards said there is a 30min wait because they are backed up and laughed.

This place is the worst! They cant get even a simple damn order right and took too damn long, came home with the wrong order, later went back to get a refund, I was denied by both employee and manager, so I just left everything there scrambled on the tables and floor to go along with the other trash they dont pick up.

I ask for a whopper with cheese and mayonnaise add bacon, that it.cost me $6.38 got home the whopper didn't have no bacon, no mayonnaise no cheese. I'am not going back.

More like slow food. Literally took 30 minutes to get food. (Checked time on receipt) only stayed because my brother REALLY wanted it

They dont listen I asked for a Tea and got a Coke. Asked for separate bags for the meals order I got it all stuffed in 1 bag.

Sausage and biscuit was stale.horrible food in the past they ran out of hash browns. I avoid this bk as much as possible

EVERYTIME I go to this specific burger king something isn't ready and there is a wait.last time they had no coffee at 830 a.m. Today at about 945 they had no eggs.a few months back I came early and they weren't even open yet even though they should have been according to operating hours. I only come here when I'm on this side of town for an Appointment. They never fail to disappoint - EVERYTIME!

8: 55 am and I have to wait and pull up for coffee, coffee? This is so piss poor, ok waiting... 2min, 4 min, if I had to work this would so suck, , 8min wait now what really sucks is that I go thru tdrive thru cuz I am disabled

This is the worst Burger King their customer service is horrible you ask for fresh food and they still give you food that men sitting on their heater lamp they need to just close the store down and it's crazy how I pull up to get my order and she asked me what you order again I'm looking at her like then you just take my order five seconds ago

Purchased the new spicy chicken sandwich and when it was opened, the chicken was smaller than the slice of tomatoe. It was taken back and the entire staff was rude and disrespectful. We will never being going back to this location.
