Filthy tables, sticky floors, air smells as you walk in, restrooms and restaurant floors are being moped with the same water, dirty windows, and it smells like someone defecated in ice machine in fountain drink area.leaks everywhere! Don't come here.

Being asked to pull back behind the line because they don't want their drive thru time to reflect the real time. This is the only BK really around me, but I am 100% with having it permanently closed. It is inefficient and they won't change their ways.

The customer service was deplorable. If I could give an -0 rating, I would. The young lady was so rude I decided to drive to the Jack & A Box on the next corner.

I keep hoping that they get it together but they never do. Its always a wait to get food and they have you park rather than take the hit on their times. This BK won't be around much longer if they keep this service up. Just terrible.

Very slow service had to wait for three other drive thru customers and then mine. What up with that?

They were out of EVERYTHING! Dirty bathrooms-no toilet paper. No ranch. No lids for drinks. The lettuce in the burger looked old and dead. Long wait they only had ONE cook. But the young man that was new behind the counter was so nice and friendly. While everyone else had a nasty attitude. Would not go again.

This place should be closed permanently! They have the worst customer service in the world they have the worst Food Service in the world it is ridiculous the time you wait for wrong orders and bad food and lousy service. They should pay you to even drive by this dump. There's no such thing as fast food in this place. It should be called a bad food establishment. It is ridiculous that you are a English-speaking American, and you have to be bombarded with a full Hispanic staff that communicate with one another in Spanish how rude. I wish that they would put a closed for demolition sign on the door. I can save this with sadness because I've been there for different times and it has always been the same from Wii to up until this present day December 2nd 2017.

One of the workers coughed all over the nuggets before putting them down in the grease, and she looked right at me and she knew that I saw her. So when it came time for me to pay I told the cashier and asked for my money back.

This store is the worst. They will put a sign up during shift change stating they are closed. One evening they were closed for 2 plus hours. And they are always out of something and the shake machine is always down. Hmmmmmm
