Burlington, Cedar Hill TX

I enjoy shopping in this store. It's an enjoyable experience perusing the items because it is clean and pretty orderly. I would like to see more variety in women's clothing but have found a few great items.

I dont see why there 8 cashiers and only 2 are open!? Line is super LONG they take their sweet time. I swear theres like 11 people waiting in line!

I am very impress with the store cleanliness. The set up is easy to navigate. The prices are better than other stores with the same theme.

This is the 2nd time I've been here and the fitting room is closed. Is there a reason why? Then because an outfit is cheap, the cashier questions it and seems it another price. I've purchased a 3.3.99 item before that was nice. As a matter of fact, I'm going to purchase a dress for 2.99. Now I'm waiting for change and she tells the young lady what she need and doesn't need. Order tissue paper to wrap my frames in. Be more professional from 9am-10: 30pm. We would appreciate it. Now the lady working on the floor is always nice and professional.

Large space as usual but they are shortstaffed. Hard to find someone to ask questions. There isn't a large varieties of clothing, shoe, bags and jewelry options. Seems like they are folding up.

Went in looking for Woman’s winter coat, very disappointed in the selection in that store. I thought it was Burlington Coat?

Shopping items were great but customer service at the cashier place was horrible, they are rude and we bought 32 items worth of clothes and give you one bag that will rip. Horrible service.

Last night, I stopped at Whataburger and saw there was a Burlington there. So I had to stop! The young man and lady working the cash registers were really friendly and funny! Kuddos to them!

The shopping was great but the way they watch you is not come on Burlington we all Know everything is for retail so who would want to steal a item that's under Fifty DOLLARS. #whowantstostealfromburlingtonadumbass

This store was so trashed out you couldn't get your shopping cart down the isles! Will never shop here again!

Formerly known as Burlington coat factory, now they've changed their name and with that coats are literally nowhere to be found

Honestly would post 0 stars. How do you "misplace" items from laway. Your job is to hold the items, correctly? Other customer's were picking up their items. Pretty sure one of the associates took them. The payments sure weren't misplaced. I don't understand how you can "lose" 4 shoes. Either way, horrible service.

The pregnant cashier was very slow she kept looking around as if she had no customers but I love this store it's nice and clean as well

The experience at Burlington was just fine. The cashier was very polite and knowledgeable of what she was doing. She also wish us a good evening. Thank you.

I walked in and I turned around and went back out the door, lines are always long, the clothes are second rate

Dingy, disorganized, no help when you needed it, the location was cold and generic, store itself was dirty.

This specific Burlington doesn't have much to offer but overall love the store! You can always find good savings!

The lines can be long but it does take long to get in and out. I like that everything is much more organized and I can find my size of clothing very quickly.

Pretty clean and well organized store compared to others. They are well stock. Checking out was fast.
