29If you've ever been to a Burlington coat factory, this one is just like that one. They have some good stuff at pretty good prices but you have to be willing to dig.
The cashier was taking her time and the line was so long its sunday and it was only one cashier.
Very light and bright. The store is well organized and the employees are polite. Good selection of houseware and clothing.
Horrible customer service experience! As a huge retail department, this Burlington location needs proper management & decent customer service standards set in place for all employees. No one should get there eyes rolled at while checking out, nor ignored when attempting to greet an employee who's job is to answer a customers question. I'm extremely disappointed in Burlington for not properly training its employees, nationwide!
I spent $100.00 & my friend did too. We had fun strolling through aisles of fabulous items. We came from out of town just to come here
Love the merchandise at Burlington but the service sucks the line was very long and only two cashiers stood in line about 20 minutes not good for the customer
If you go here after 1PM be prepared to wait in line for about 20 minutes, they never have enough people on the registers.
The dressing room clerk was very helpful and friendly as well as the cashier that checked me out. I appreciated the cleanliness and organization of the store. It's the location furthest from me but I prefer it over the one closest.
They have reorganize their's merchandise and it is so much easy to find what you are looking for.
