I came to Caliber Collision to have an estimate on the cost of the repairs of my car. At Caliber Collision I was helped out by Freddy Portillo, the manager. The front passenger side was damaged: bumper, fender, headlight. I went to a few places asking for an estimate on the repair and the amount I had to pay was extremely
hight.

Freddy is the best. He helped me tremendously with the price, he did not overcharge me and he gave me for far the lowest rate out of all the shops I checked.
The team at Caliber Collision did such a great job and everything turned out better than I expected.
I highly recommend Caliber. This is an honest place, that is always willing to help. They care about the customers and making sure people are happy with the final result.

In December 2019, one month after I purchased my car I had an accident. The front passenger side was damaged: bumper, fender, headlight. I went to a few places asking for an estimate on the repair and the amount I had to pay was extremely high.
I came to Caliber Collision to have an estimate on the cost of the repairs. At Caliber Collision I was helped out by Freddy Portillo, the manager. Freddy, has been incredibly nice and a blessing to have him help us out. On the first day we met to discuss the prices and cost of the repair he waited for me come by even though it was late and the shop had already closed. He was willing to stay later and kindly explained to me the situation of the vehicle, showed me on the car what had to be replaced as well as patiently answered all of my questions. As I only had liability insurance and had to pay out of pocket, Freddy helped me tremendously with the price, he did not overcharge me and he lowered the price as much as he could.
Freddy also helped to have the repair done in a week and a half, which was a quick turnaround considering the damage the car had. This was a blessing to me and my family because during the holiday season we really needed the car.
When I came to pick the car up, it looked just as it did when I bought it, I could not even tell that I had an accident. The team at Caliber Collision did such a great job and everything turned out better than I expected.
I truly recommend this place to everyone that needs paint and body work for their car or who has gotten into a collision. This is an honest place, Freddy is very honest, always willing to help. He truly cares about the customers and making sure people are happy with the final result.

Great experience. I was referred by my insurance company geico. My service advisor Freddy provided me excellent service. I couldn't be more happy. These guys went above and beyond fixing an issue that had nothing to do with my claim that Mercedes couldn't even fix. I would recommend them highly and believe me if I have any other issue with my Mercedes I would take it to them before the dealership. Plain and simple better service. I'll end off by thanking Freddy and his team.

I dont recommend working or attending this place.they hitted the car of a costumer, n they had done more unprofessional stuff they act very inresponsable! More over is an abusive place since they pay late their workers, more over if u stop working with them they dont want to pay u.they r abusive with their workers n very inressponsable with their costumers! I’ve taken my Honda Accord here last year, and their team did such an amazing job! They touched up things that made such a big difference. They went over and beyond my expectations! So, when I unfortunately got into another accident last month, I knew exactly where I wanted to take my car, and it is also listed on my AAA insurance. My car looks brand new every time they are done with my car. Thank you so much for treating my car as if it is your own.

All I can say about Caliber Collision on Richmond Avenue, Houston, is that they are totally focused on customer care and quality of service. They replaced my front windshield (after a bizarre explosion of a CenterPoint transformer) and buffed out the hood with excellent results, including insisting on an OEM windshield instead of a generic product. Every person I dealt with at Caliber Collision was friendly, helpful, and very professional. Well done to the entire organization.

This is by far the worse company and i will Be calling corporate. I took My car here and before i could Even agree to let them do the work they took my hood off and threw it away and then replaced it with an horrible job and then trying to bribe me to
Do a good review because they did such a bad job they blocked me in so i wouldn’t leave because i told Them my hood was not fixed at all and I’m not leaving until they fix it instead they took it as i wouldn’t pay. Never go here and they offered to fix a dent if i gave Them a good review

What gives. I understand my fiance's car was being worked on while they were trying to switch management or build their reputation back, but the job done was poor. I mean first week technical school student work.

Her CR-V was side swiped and their was damage to the right front bumper, rotor, axle, etc. Well, They worked on the car, and stated it was sent to another location for more work. 425 Bammel Road, Houston, TX 77073.

Once the car was given back, it shook and she told Caliber collision to look at it again. When she got it back, it still shook, but not as bad.

Weeks later, the bumper came unhinged. Got that fixed by Honda. Then 8 months later I am at the Honda dealership getting it looked at for the shaking and the following issues were pointed out to me.

1) they tightened the lug nuts so hard, it shaved off metal from the lugs
2) the rotor screws were never placed in the rotor, which explains the excessive wear to the rotor
3) the bolts on the caliper bracket were tightened over the torque specs
4) car needs alignment, but it was aligned 8 months ago by caliber? What? ! ~? !? !

Honda of Frisco has resolved the shaking by installing the rotor screws. However, the rotor life has decreased significantly.

I highly do not recommend caliber to work on anyone's car.
When my porsche was back into, I opted out of caliber collision for my own choice of body shop (Stuarts paint and Body) amazing work there.

If caliber wants to chat, please email me. The manager at the time was Belinda Loerch, who was apologetic at the time for the poor service and issues. However, this is exceptionally poor work.

No. I had a bad experience i deal whit this branch in galeria.make sure who you live your car to.i step in.and i had realy bad experience to deal whit this people.i called corporat office and file complaint of galeria stor.i dont trust the manager and cople of people in this location.just be carful people.make sure you leave your car in good hand.

They did very good collision repair work for my son's Nissan, and helped him get a good rental at Enterprise. Clean, quick, efficient, and with good communication.

Great service and staff. They've got a popcorn machine in their comfortable lobby for customers while they wait.

I had my car repaired at a Caliber Collision center in Plano, TX two and a half years ago. My car recently developed a minor problem related to that repair. I took it to this Caliber location in Houston and spoke with Jonathan Duarte. Not only did they honor the warranty, I didn't even have to leave my car - they repaired it on the spot. Thank you Mr. Duarte for the excellent service!

The staff and services was amazing. Ron and Tatiana were extremely helpful. They also kept me updated on the status of my car with text messages. The were also very fast. I would definitely recommend this places.

I have been at Caliber Collision @6409 Richmond dr, Houston TX. They are supposed to estimate the collision total cost of my car for USAA insurance. The estimator named Javier Blanco came and kept telling me if we are not working on the car we are going to go with what we see externally. After half an hour he came out and told me the total estimate of the repair. He even didn't include the visible damage on the quarter panel light and many parts. Totally selfish and bad experience i had there.

When my Porsche had an unfortunate run-in with a shopping cart in December 2015, I took it to Caliber Collision Center on Richmond. This was the third estimate I received and the least expensive. Everyone I encountered was professional and courteous from the estimating process all the way through to when I picked up my perfectly-repaired car, which was ready exactly when they said it would be. The shop and lobby is super clean, as was my car when I got it back. Most impressive is that Freddy called me daily with updates on where they were in the process and to let me know they were still on track for on-time completion - so unexpected and great. I highly recommend Caliber!

Went through my insurance for Caliber Collision and I must say Carlos Bernal is an exceptional Manager at this location! He went above and far beyond my expectations! Everything was handled professionally and timely, I couldn't be happier! Great staff as well, very helpful! If you need repairs to your vehicle, look no further! Horrible service. Please run far away. Russell is a crooked person. They got a job to fix my car through my insurance and returned my car to me with the airbag sensors on. I've asked for service and I have been refused and ignored. I've filed a compliant with the bbb. Do not go to these ppl. They are crooks and unprofessional. Trust me.

I want to thank everyone at Caliber Collision for the wonderful job they all did. I don’t have much money, so Benjamin worked with me to find cheaper parts. Everyone there is so nice and understanding. Truly wonderful customer service!
