24 I was blown away with the quickness of the maintenance team, I sent in a few requests that were handled within a couple hours of it being sent and it was handled cleanly and professionally. Absolutely great maintenance team.
My apartment move-in was handled by the leasing agent Toni who is very knowledgable about the apartments. Despite bothering her with many questions, she was always very approachable and friendly, and had made the move-in process a lot easier for me.
I got to request for 3 times for pest control in a month, finally on third request they did it.
Management & staff are attentive and accommodating. Maintenance Supervisor (John Thomason) does a great job ensuring that maintenance issues are handled promptly and correctly. Apartments are located in close proximity to restaurants and shopping & are reasonably priced.
Well. Staff is lying to people.and they accepted misunderstanding and they treat people with wrong information. I wouldn't prefer this community, my brother used to live there but whole staff is lying about services they offered.
