Camping World of Sherman

What a great experience! We worked with Joe Middleton who was more than patient as we could not decide on which one we wanted. Lol
Joe also helped us through the paperwork process that went fairly quick. He always responded to our texts in a fast manner, and during after hours.

We are very pleased with the prices, the wide selection of campers to choose from, along with the friendly staff.

What’s also nice is that with so many stores nation wide, we will always have a service department for any needs we may have.

Jimmy was great. Not pushing and actually listened to our wants. We were up front with Jimmy to our timeline during our first visit (two months away from actual purchase) and wanted to take it slow. Not once did Jimmy get pushy and was happy to show us everything we wanted even though he knew he wasn’t making a sale that day. He was also knowledgeable in all the units they sell. Would go back to Jimmy in a heartbeat.

Our sales lady Erin Jacobs was great. Very prompt on returning calls or text. Would have no problem sending anyone to her. On the other hand store is small and I would recommend not going on a Saturday. Took all day to do walk through and sign papers

I don’t usually leave reviews but everything was a dream, from low pressure sales from Brent, all the way to great rates and terms from finance.

The store selection isn't as good as the Denton location, but it's smaller which is understandable. Very convenient to have locally. The staff is always friendly and eager to help when I visit.

Don’t buy from this Camping World unless you can get a good deal. A huge drop in communication with the sales side of the business after purchase. It took three months after purchase to get my camper registered. Also, I still have yet to receive the refund for the overage in the amount I paid for my camper.

I wouldn’t be as upset if the communication was better.

We love camping world, but we travel in our 40’ motorhome pulling a vehicle. We’ve been to several Camping worlds recently & haven’t been able to go in because there is no place to park a big rig.

Ok place not a fan of the CEO of camping world. Since he hate conservatives and would rather support the communists, Democrats, and illegal invaders cruising our borders illegally. Will not ship at Camping World ever.

I called ana asked if they had a specific model in stock I was told yes come on down and look at it I drove an hour to the store to find out they don't have it in stock let's just say at the very least I'm pissed

Worst experience ever.
This location has had our camper for MONTHS still isn't fixed, parts not ordered, and all they ever say is "we are working on it" I DO NOT recommend this location.

It was terrible you couldn't even get into the store the service department. And the girl didn't know what part I needed. So I just ended up leaving. She was supposed to call me but never did.

We had to pick up an awning for my dad's RV, they were a big help and I had a blast looking at the new RVs.

I do not recommended it for parts. Didn't have but 2 out of 6 items I needed. Only 1 faucet to choose from. Floor help is helpful, parts no help. They have pop ups, campers and more expensive items on lot to choose from

You guys near Sherman don't realize yet how fortunate you are to have gotten Dustin there from Little Rock, AR. I bought an RV from him and he contacts me periodically to make sure everything is ok with RV. When you buy one from him you have a "friend in the company".

Very nice camping world, lots of new rvs, made it hard to find parking, had small problem, service checked it out fast, prices in store very reasonable on some items, definitely worth stopping if in area

If you go shop look for Keli, she knows where anything is. Her personality and conversation is so inviting, smiling, laughing, really enjoyed meeting her. She didn't have what I was looking for in the store, but offered ordering it. She really went the Extra mile. Thanks Keli

Been here for the last hour trying to get help looking at RVs and have yet to be approached by a salesperson or asked if I needed help. I had to fo track one down and they stated they were busy and have someone with me shortly (they never showed)
I'm writing this still sitting in the parking lot and will not be back. Going to the RV place in Oklahoma hopefully they will have better customer service because I will have a RV hooked to my truck SOOOON!
