My wife and I were looking at trading our 5th wheel in. We have been rving for over 20 years and had specific needs. Our salesman was Dalton Burrough. He was great. He was very attentive, very polite, a very nice young man. Even though we could not come up with an RV that met our needs that day, I would highly recommend Dalton to anyone. Ask for him by name.

This place is absolutely horrible. I took my RV in for some repairs on November 27th. At that time I was told it would be ready in 5 weeks. It has now been almost 5 months and still no idea when it will be done. When my husband calls to ask there is always some excuse. The part they received is the wrong part and they are having to reorder it. Then we were told the part would ship from the manufacturer on April 5th and the work should be done by end of day on April 13th. So today my husband called and the part was never shipped. No one in the service department bothered to check on the shipping of the parts and no one bothered to call and give us an update. The service department is terrible. There is no communication of any kind with the customers. They have had my RV in their possession more than I have and at this point I feel they need to just buy it back from me. I'm basically paying for it to sit on their lot anyway. I also feel at this point I should not have to pay for the repairs. They need to just eat that bill. I will never do business with this company again and I suggest any new customers find another company to buy from or deal with. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

First time to use the new Sherman location for service. Paid to have our new rig winterized since we weren’t familiar with all the new amenities. They did nothing to the ice maker valve other than turn off the water supply. It froze! Had to spend $150 to replace (not at camping world). They told me they would have to look at it but they did not sound promising that they would replace it. Didn’t want make 2 hr trip to be told no!
I did see they only turned off the water valve to the washer so when it was below freezing I ran a heater nearby with the door open. So, go somewhere else if you can’t winterize yourself and ask questions beforehand!

Took 2 1/2 months to service my 6 month old Jayco camper I bought there. Still had issues with the electrical and a leak in the gas line from the tank on pickup. They told me I could just buy a hose and replace it. I asked if this was under warranty and they said maybe, but it would take 3 wks to order and replace. I just did it myself. They are good folks, but seemed understaffed.
