Candlewood Suites San Antonio NW near SeaWorld reviews
28Nice rooms. Employees could be better trained to improve their hospitality skills and make overall stay more enjoyable.
I have stayed at candlewood suites in Ohio. When I booked this hotel for our Texas visit. I knew we were going to be staying at a clean and quiet place. The kitchenette is awesome. This is probably the reason I choose this hotel when we travel. I have kids so have the kitchen saves money and is convenient. Id choose this place every time.thank you thank you
Room was clean but in need of repair. Toilet ran constantly (pressure assist toilet had small internal leak), chair had large we mark where head rests. Pillows were small and bed was hard. Shower needs more pressure.
Overall a pleasant stay but the details need to be addressed.
The staff is great! Andrew gave us an amazing deal and we had a wonderful time! I highly recommend this place.
Nothing to write home about, but nothing bad really stood out. The bed was way to firm for my back and the free Wi-Fi was slow. I expected better from a national chain in this part of town.
Lovely rooms, cute little store downstairs do snacks and other things, very clean. Walls and floors are a little thin.
It was nice considering that it is an extended stay hotel. They maintain the rooms pretty good. Guy at desk was nice.
Good location. Room is in need of refreshing with some paint. Bathroom is well worn and the tub drained very slowly. However, otherwise clean and the staff is friendly. King bed was comfortable
