The only reason I come is basically for the gumbo. Its good, I love it. My coworkers had some shrimp and they told me it was like flavorless.no season or nothing. If you decide to eat inside, better bring a jacket. Its super cold. This place needs some touch up as far as service too but I'll come back to puck up a order to go for some gumbo still.

First time here food was great, the service was nice and no wait time. They have a good amount of seating unlike captain toms. The cheesecake and the micheladas were the best

Good people working hard to serve fresh oysters, great gumbo and tasty shrimp and fish. Clientele is often interesting and talkative. Skip the fries and substitute rice.

Its been a few years since I've been back. The food is good, it can be better in flavor yet I didn't like that they don't keep it clean in the are where we ate. And we had to move from an area where it was closed to the kitchen where we first sat down because there was too much of the banging of plates and pans deliberately slammed down in a sink. I would go back just to order to go.maybe.
