Car Toys, Irving TX

I ordered a truck safe console, and call the Chevrolet house to install it, and wouldn't you know they don't install. But the first place mentioned for me to try was Car Toys. Those guys are fabulous, and truly know what their doing. They got my business anytime!

I unfortunately have to come to this place every month due to state requirements. I have been coming here did a little over a year now. The female manager has the worst customer service skills that I have ever experienced not only does she treat customers with contempt, she openly treats her staff like they are stupid. As a business owner myself I know your employees are your most valuable asset, she definitely doesn't understand this.

Update: Store under new management and I have to say the attitude in the store is an absolute about face from the way things used to be everyone seems much happier to be at work and the Manager is not only engaged with customers but treats his staff like the assets they are!

I've been going to this car toys for my phones and car systems for 6-7 years. Christiane Nguyen the manager has gone out of her way to take care of me above and beyond. Now I can add Talon Thorton to the wonderful treatment received.

Horrible they truly don't know what they are doing broke the rear window mirror on my avalanche and all they said we can't do anything we have to call headquarters asked for alarm to activate on its own once doors shut and they didn't accomplish that task either too disappointed in a 300 dollar job that is truly only worth 50 next time just stick to people that actually know what they are doing.

Was awesome being able to walk in without an appointment, being greeted with great service by Michael and the installer David did an incredible job switching out the radios (it looks like a factory install.) Will definitely use them again!

I took my car here and got a inspection on whats wrong with my sound system. I was told my amp was bad. Payed 100 bucks for these people to LIE. I did research on my car and the system. It turns out I ONLY had a burnt out fuse. Of corse i find out after I buy the new amp i didnt need. So I got ripped off. Do your research before you go thats all i can say.

Started out with an Alarm system last spring after my truck was almost stolen. Alarm works great! My stereo stopped working a few weeks ago so I went to them to see what options I have. Wow my new system sounds great, My truck was returned cleaner then when I dropped it off. Great sales team and professional installation team. Thank you!
