My phone controls on my steering wheel have stopped working. I've been to the store in Mesquite twice for help and nothing has been fixed. I was supposed to get a phone call with answers a week ago and haven't heard anything.

The camera system they suggested and installed in my daughters car saved her from a drunk driver less than 5 hours after getting installed. These guys know there stuff!

Inventory-the items that were originally recommend were not available I went with the alternative recommend. The installation of the products were picture perfect but there was no set up or tutorial on how the product work or it's capabilities. My expectations were if you are spending premium prices someone would at least set the time on the unit.

Then I discovered my driver side door lock and unlock buttons doesn't work and there was a tool left in my vehicle along with black tie wrap.

Yes I'm just a little disappointed due to now I have to go back to have my door locks checked when my vehicle was literally there from 10am until 4pm Friday 6/26/2020. My time is valuable and since they don't open until 10am I now have to rearrange my whole day.
The sound quality I was seeking was spot on. I am a repeat customer who has always spoke highly of Cartoys. It was two things I required in this install that I was crystal clear on, I wanted a deck I could have the WAZE APP and Android Bluetooth Compatible. Well come to find out I have to plug in an USB port to use any APPS. If that's the case I can use the factory unit.
I'm quite sure Cartoys will remedy my concerns and once they do I will gladly return to this survey and give them the five stars I know they will earn.

My biggest take away from Car Toys Mesquite is peace of mind. Having a professional install is equally as important as the audio equipment you purchase. The guys assured me that for as long as I own the vehicle if anything went wrong I could bring it back. They were friendly, knowledgable, professional and happy to answer any questions I had. The results are beyond impressive. My system sounds dope. Thanks guys!

Employees weren’t very knowledgeable about their products. Walked by and ignored several customers who came in. Price to install is ridiculous compared to local shops, almost 2 times the price.

Best Buy had a 2 week waiting list while Car Toys asked me to just come on down. One hour later they were done and I was ready to roll. Next time I need to buy anything I will try here 1st.

I'm veryhappy to have had the experience of having an installation done by them. I have a brand new vehicle and I can't tell that they were ever inside of it. Very expensive but I think it's worth it.

Do NOT go to Car Toys in Mesquite. I read the poor reviews before I went but thought my experience would be different. It was NOT.

Took my 4x4 truck to Car Toys for cameras to be installed. Big MISTAKE. I had to take it in FIVE different times before the cameras worked properly. Along the way, Car Toys: 1- Made it where my front driver and passenger windows would not roll up, requiring me to cover the truck with a tarp when it rained, until I could get it back to them to fix. 2- Couldn't "find" the part they said they ordered, requiring me to leave the truck with them for 4 days while the part was reordered. 3- Disrupted the tint on my driver and passenger windows, causing the tint film to peel. 4- Improperly fixed the driver's door panel such that it is wobbly.

When I brought these issues to the attention of Jason, the manager, he made numerous excuses. He did eventually call me and apologize to his credit but I would NEVER take another vehicle to Car Toys in Mesquite. If you value your vehicle, take it somewhere else!

HOWEVER, I FEEL AS THOUGH THEY ALWAYS TRY TO MAKE YOU SPEND MORE THAN WHAT YOU INITIALLY WENT IN TO SPEND.

I had great service from Marshall and Denver at Mesquite Car Toys. They both were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I was expecting to have to replace my older vehicle alarm system but they got my alarm issue figured out quickly and had me on my way at a very favorable price. I definitely do recommend them. J. The BEST customer service in the metroplex! All of the staff is welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to their product services. I would definitely recommend this place!

These people are crazy. I needed a tail light replaced from a factory harness to after market. I bought all the parts myself, brought them up there and they wanted to charge me $200 just for labor. I looked it up on youtube and 20 minutes later I had both tail lights replaced and working great. Thanks for nothing scam artist Car Toys. Just fyi.if they tried to be reasonable with the charge, even charge $60 I would have paid. YOUR LOSE!

Dont take your vehicle. Tech was 1.5 hours late and now having problem because was not installed correctly and they tell me they cannot look at it and fix because they have paying customers. I guess since I already paid I get appointment when they have time. Going to take to real shop that knows what they are doing.

Sent email as requested by Car Toys and as expected no reply. Just attempt by Car Toys to make it look like they were trying to resolve. Expect nothing.

First time! Highly recommend this location. Very knowledgeable people and super friendly service. Mr Barnette answered every question that we had and made sure we were happy with our truck. Richard the service person is awesome (and bilingual). Just a heads up! Careful what you ask for. They may actually have it believe it or not. So you may end up getting stuff you didn't think you could find.

The people are typically nice but dont question them about their "knowledge" or disagree with them. Which is standard for car audio people.but I'm still louder than anything they produce so no worries

I all I can say is it was an amazing experience. There are so many people to thank for their awesome customer service. A special shout out to Terry. An amazing installer who was patient with my questions and superb job installing my radio. Very professional and detail oriented. Terry will always be my go to guy when I have other work done to my audio system.

I've spent a few thousand dollars on my motorcycle stereo system at this location. First the amp quit working and they replaced it. Recently I upgraded to an Alpine Halo 9 head unit and they didn't wire it properly the wires are wrapped in tape and pull apart they aren't soldered or even in a wing nut, just twisted together. Now my 600 dollar amp quit working again but I wont be back in Texas for 6-9 months so there is no longer a solution to the issue aside from take it somewhere that will take some pride in thier work. I told the guy numerous times that I didn't think it was the right amp for the application and he convinced me I would have no issues. After numerous hrs of issues and letting them sell me more product I'm dropping it off at a store here in Illinois to replace the amp and rewire everything. Super disappointed
