Asst Manager Ramone helped get my 2005 Dodge Ram dash kit. Even drove to another location to get it. Mesquite is the BEST location so far.

I have been going to car toys for several years now. Been satisfied with every visits that I make. They take the time and effort to walk through and explain on how to use your radio and other devices you buy from them. And if you have problems down the road they will immediately go outside and walk you through or taken in the back and look at it and fix it for free 9 times out of 10. The staff is very pleasant and very knowledgeable of your needs and your budget that you're trying to keep. I am a lifetime car toys customer.

I was treated well and the sales person was very helpful when answering all my questions on the different equipment and their tecs were awsome with their work. Clean place to wait. It is better to leave your vehicle and come back because this is one job you do not want to ruch.

I second that on this location had poop services. Came in in Friday to let them know my speaker has blow again. They wanted to set me up on Sunday to change out. Got there Sunday a little early. He then told me they have to do a claim. I was find with I got the 4 year warranty. Then i was told it will take 24hrs before they will know any thing. Piss poor customers service. You should of did that Friday when we setup my Sunday schedule. So that way when I came back on Sunday every thing would of been in order. But, No you wanted to (**duck**) my around and wait my time. Clean up your act. Do your job. Don't waist Customers time. If you need foot traffic use ads, not bad employees.

I had a horrible experience at this location. If I could rate a half star I would. Will not recommend to anyone.

Took my car in for a detail I payed 160$ for the ultimate interior clean. I don't know if they didn't try out their machines need to be replaced but my car barely changed from when I took it in. And I still found spots that where not even touched.

Great customer service, explained all products, installation was perfect and Mr. Summers was awesome to work with. A+ experience all the way around.

This was my first time at Car Toys and let me say this, I enjoyed the experience. They had a wide selection of speakers for my truck that I was looking to replace. Service was great, got all my questions answered and very well taken care of. Great staff offering information on products that can make my truck look a whole lot better. Just an excellent place to get everything needed to satisfy your entertainment need.

If you want to waste your day this place can help you do it I came in to get my radio replaced I waited for a whole hour and my car hasn't even been touched and I arrived as soon as it opened to make sure it got done first
