Go to any other place do not waste your time on this one horrible staff and office. Really disappointed
Just for a drug test here and still waiting, its been over an hour now and still here. Who cares.right! Is not like i have a live and family to attend.
Morley the PA was amazing! The wait time wasn’t long at all. Every staff member was professional and courteous which I really appreciate. The process was efficient and informative.
Came here because of a 103 fever extremely sick and the girl at the front dest was so rude, i started to explain to her about my fever and she interrupted me mid sentence saying i couldn’t even get back in a room for 2 and a half hours when there was only 2 other people in the waiting room and 4 cars in the parking lot.i will NEVER come here ever again
Great staff. I went on Sunday ended up with the flu. I waited at home and slept. The PA really took the time to talk to me about medicine iterations with my current meds and offered options.
Showed up at 8 am to an empty waiting room. Was told there was an hour wait. When I asked why the long wait they said other people were checked in before me. When I asked why they wouldn’t see us when we’ve been the only one here for 30 min they said it’s still an hour wait. Seems efficient? The office staff then proceeded to roll their eyes and whisper to each other. If it wasn’t after hours and my daughter was crying with ear pain we would go anywhere else.
Awesome service today. My primary care DR could not fit me in, so I went to CareNow. Used online check in and it was awesome. Wait was short and DR and staff were great. I tested positive for the flu and was prescribed meds. Thank you CareNow.
