Very quick and efficient! The web check in was great. The Doctor, nurse, and other staff was great and very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

Did online check in, they called me and told me to come in. No one else was there, waited an hour then left. Don't call people to come in if you aren't going to help them.

We were in town visiting and our daughter got sick. They got us in and out. Very good experience. Thank you.

No insurance. Out the door $246 with an EKG and bloodwork. I’m at 11: 55 out at 1: 50. Nice staff nice doctor.

I really liked this place. The people aren't annoyed and rushed. Everyone from the front desk to Nurse to Doctor we're very friendly and caring - and it was already past their closing time. I'd suggest them to everyone. The wait is like an hour but i am so glad to live close to this Urgent Care clinic. I'll be going there every time I need to and when my doctor isn't close or available.

Doctors are great but nurse was so careless and rude. All she needed to do was give me a shot of an antibiotic in my hip and she hit my sciatic nerve! INSANE PAIN for 24 hours! That is just careless and incompetent. I waited 2 hours for a follow up visit because they were understaffed with only one doctor on a Friday! The waits are always long here. Not going back.

This is the best urgent care place I’ve ever been to. With web check in it’s super easy to avoid long waiting room times. The doctors here are very personable, to the point, and genuinely care about what you are there for. I saw PA named Cara today and she was great. Left no question unanswered. For urgent care and being in a busy area I feel like they are efficient and very pleasant! Sure as heck beats waiting in the ER. Only Care Now I’ll go to in DFW.

Came in at 7: 30 on a Saturday night with an injury to my big toe. Staff was very nice and helpful even though they close at 8: 00. I hated to be that guy but it was a work injury and It was the only authorized place open. Thank you for being so nice.

Very long waiting time even after I’ve checked in on line and waited for 2 hours to be called. If you are very sick it’s not a place for you

Staff members were attentive and knowledgeable. The doctor spent a lot of time with me and I felt like she cared about my concerns. I highly recommend.

Came in for a pre employment drug screen. There were only 2 people in front of me according to the woman at the front desk yet 45 minutes later i am still sitting here. This is ridiculous. It's laziness at its finest.

I received care quickly which was nice considering I felt awful and it was late afternoon on a Saturday! They took me in within 10 minutes and the nurses and doctor were thorough! I would go back again if needed. They also have primary care there and you can check in online, though I didn’t know that until I was waiting in the room! Next time! They took my insurance, Aetna, which was very helpful because another place I stopped at didn’t. I recommend this place if you have a non emergency need to see a doctor!

I've been to this location three times now. Today was for medication that I failed to bring sufficient amounts of from Switzerland for a visit here in Dallas. Staff is always friendly and the doctors have good bedside manner and they dont patronize me despite my atypical meds prescribed by my doctor in Switzerland and prior doctors in Dallas. The web check-in feature is very valuable to me as well.

The staff members are so lively and friendly! Many of the other doctors offices I've experienced have unfriendly staff and hurried healthcare providers.

I'm very impressed with the excellent care and compassion I experienced at CareNow. The clinic was very busy, but the PA and Doctor properly diagnosed and took care of my problem pretty quickly. One day later and I'm already feeling better. A+

I love this CareNow! I've never had a bad experience in the 10+ years I've been coming. The nurses are so kind and conscious of the costs of tests suggested and the doctors take the time to hear what you're saying and really examine you before a diagnosis. Most recently I went when I cut my finger and needed stitches. The cost was more than I had and the woman at the front desk charged me less, making sure I'd have enough money leftover for the pain medication, then said she'd bill me the rest. I can't recommend this location enough!

There is nothing Urgent about this care. They should consider a new name. There is no reason to have people wait over an hour. I don not like this place and I won't return.
