The front desk ladies are so rude and never smile. The drs are always in a rush and looking at their watch. Annoying and not a pleasant experience. Never going back.

I got into a room quickly. The nurses and doctors listened to my symptoms and ran every test they could to figure out what was going on. Each step of the way, they told me how much each test would cost, and let me know I did not have to go through with it. They ensured I knew everything that was going on, and that I controlled what was done. I appreciate their care, and will go back there the next time I need help.

Waited 45 minutes just to get a TB test read. Not performed, just read. Turned out that the front desk receptionist had just forgotten to check me in. When she realized the error I was told to "sit back down and then we will get to you as soon as possible. " Then waited another 30 minutes.

I recommend CareNow. The physician, the nurse and the administrative staff were very efficient and professional. I was in and out within a hour. More convenient than my primary physician and probably less expensive.

Dr. Tremblay and the staff at the Preston Road Care Now clinic are top notch. Zero wait if you use the online web check-in which is the way to do this. Clean facility, all professional support staff. It's our go-to place when we need medical support for most issues.

I had such short wait times during the entire visit that I had to finish the paperwork after my visit was over. All the staff were friendly and very professional, and the facility itself was very clean and well-kept.
